This company's unethical behavior is appalling. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Despite my payment, they delivered subpar work. I was also foolish enough to pay a deposit for two other services, which they promised to refund in writing. However, they have not refunded the money, claiming bankruptcy. Their actions are a clear indication of the change that is needed in the industry.

This company is a scam. They also go by CREATIVE DESIGN360. You should not spend your money for their professional services. They do not issue refund, so you will have to dispute the transaction with your bank. I will suggest cancel your card, and never use your debit.

This is their typical process:

1. They will show you their different packages and pressure you to get a better package. They will even throw you a discount. "Jason" will be their main salesperson. They will overpromise but underdeliver.
2. You will be assign a "project manager".
3. The project manager will communicate over email mostly send you some sample. Mine was a so called "James". I don't believe that is his legal name. Good luck finding a real last name. First few days, they are very helpful and responsive. I had their platinum logo package, so unlimited logo design review. but I was not happy with their work. Some were AI slops, and logos they took from various stock images and rebranded. If you want originality don't expect it from this company. I will suggest use reverse image search like google lens to find if there is an already match for the logo they provide.

If you are unsatisfied with their experience and request changes, they will try to help at first, repeat the cycle of AI generated images, then you will be ghosted. Good luck getting your money back.

Report this company if you can. Another company called Office American Irrigation has been dealing with them for over 7 months now and no luck. Our situation is the same.

I would give them 0 zero stars if I could. I paid for a logo and when I had approved it, the sent me to their legal department that made it seem like it was illegal for me to get the logo without their "legal" stamp of approval that was going to cost and extra $660-$700. When I emailed them, that I wanted the logo that I had paid for, they never responded. When I called various #s, the #s were no good. There is no way of contacting them! I basically gave them money for nothing. Don't waste your time with this company, they are scammers!!!

I’ve spent two years with Creative Design Crew, and it has been nothing but an expensive, frustrating disaster. They continually conned me into spending more money for features and services that were unnecessary or never delivered as promised. When I finally made the decision that I didn’t want a particular feature, instead of respecting my choice, they deleted my entire website without warning or justification! Their behavior is nothing short of unprofessional and feels like a deliberate attempt to hold my business hostage. Save yourself the time, money, and headaches and look for a trustworthy company that values its clients.

If I could rate this company below 1, then I would. They got me hooked with their marketing deception tactics, but unlike the larger Web Design companies they are not structured to operate at scale. The company response time for customer inquires is horrible. "Creative" in the company name is a misnomer. There "so-called" bundled packages is not really a bundling service because there sales reps will frequently attempt to use mark up strategies to increase the amount of services generated per account. I believe this is how the sales team justifies their compensation plans. The company appears to have a small design crew, which results in continuous backlogs with customer change request. Don't try to get anything done near the end of the month because the sales team is always in meetings to justify their account plans. I got so frustrated with this company that I decided to cancel my services a few months ago. The company acknowledged in an email - that they sent to me - that they owed me close to $2,000. That was several weeks ago and they have gone radio silent once I started to press the issue for my refund. I have subsequent switched my requirements to GoDaddy and they completed my project in less this 2 weeks. At Creative Design they were working on my project for several months before I pulled the plug. At Go Daddy you can receive responsive customer service 365/24/7. That is not the case at Creative Design. Don't fall for the sales team charm and their Australian accents. This company has integrity issues and they should be avoided because they will over promise and under deliver. I recently submitted a complaint with the San Diego BBB and will pursue legal actions as a matter of principle.

My experience went from ok to terrible. The person in charge was pompous, arrogant and prone to talking over-even yelling. When i said I wasn’t satisfied with design everyone in company starting yelling at me. They even played a bit of a recording of my voice saying I liked something, which was only the tag line. In the end I got NOTHING useable for my money

DO NOT USE! Everything they claim they are is false. I sent $1190.00 expecting a website and a logo. They stated they were 100% money back guarantee but I have yet to receive my return after realizing this crew new nothing about design nor building web sites. I explained what I wanted in detail (practically designing the ideas myself) and they still came back with cookie cutter/google searched ideas that I could have completed myself on any "do it yourself" web design sites. After several attempts of explaining exactly what I wanted they never seemed to create a finishing product that I was even remotely happy with. I then asked for my money to be returned because we were wasting each others time. I even stated, "keep a couple hundred for our wasted time". I was told that would not happen since they are 100% money back guarantee and that my money would be returned. After weeks of asking about my money I received an email stating that they were out of office and when returned on Monday $700- $800 would be returned to my credit card. Allowing plenty of time for money to be returned and realizing this was not happening, I text and emailed again requesting my money. I would receive excuses as to "I am out of the office, I had a family emergency, I am on vacation". When I wrote my final letter to the company and everyone involved that I will pursue other actions if my money is not returned within 20 days, I received absolutely NO response. I have emails and texts to prove all of these transactions.

Honestly this company is the worst i have ever worked with. they take your money and run. I paid for a full website package over $5,000 and have received nothing from them except demands for more money to complete the project. I have purchased web domain, 10 years of web hosting, commercial video, full website with web files, logo , buisness cards and letterheads. I haven't received anything and its been over 2 years. I just received a call from them today stating that to cancel and receive the work that they have done I would have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE on work that's been paid in full! stay away from this company!

I Dont usually write reviews. They have an offer on their website that states it is $30 to have their designers make a logo for you. It also says that you will get 100% ownership. This is not the case. After you pay them, they send you a bunch of watermarked logos; in order to recieve your logo you have to submit an application that ends up costing $750 to fully protect your logo. They dont tell you this until you form your application and when you go to cancel they tell you it costs $150. Go to another site where they dont have hidden agendas!

I recently was scammed by them too!!! Very unprofessional, blew off meetings all the time, took days to respond to messages. Thank God my credit card company refunded me thousands back after months of stress. They took advantage of my naiveté by grossly overcharging me for a domain name. I completely wasted 3,200 K on something that I could have spent less than a 100 on. They were very pushy, and the times they were willing to talk were to sell me something else, and when I was hesitant gave me an attitude. In the beginning they pretend to be so supportive and excited for your ideas. Once you are not willing to pay more they start to ghost you. When I told them I was done, they then were texting, calling and harassing me. These people are evil, I hope people see all these reviews first before working with them, please don't!!

Why isn't there a way to give 0 star. This company does not deserve even 1 star. I paid $700 for a trademark which I have yet to see. I paid $1400 for a website that they have yet to submit to me in more than 1 year. They keep offering me fake services to keep me paying, but are not performing these services. Now after 1.5 years of waiting for my website, the designer that I was working with just texted me from another company named CREATIVE DESIGN LEGEND, a slightly different name from what they had , to ask me if I wanted to close on the project since it's had not been worked on. "What the heck!!!!!!!" I asked, what about my $1400 website. I am sitting at home, working on my products to put on my commerce website which they're supposed to be working on, and then now he calls me to ask if I want to forget about the money I paid for my website?! What?! The worst thing i just paid them $35 for a new design on their site, but i have yet to hear from any of the staff. I am also posting 6 of my invoice numbers as well. I have all my receipts... and will be seeing them in court.

Don't use them at all. They charged me $510 for a registration fee and then when I asked them for the papers they had nothing. Also I canceled my hosting with them cause they wanted $1,179/ per year for hosting. When I told them I wanted to cancel they told me there was a cancellation fee. I ended up getting a new credit card before they could charge me. If you use them you are CRAZY!!!!

Don't use they file false charges and don't let you have your product you paid for, they say they have to file for a patent or trademark and overcharge for the application fee then never even file an application.

They're a scam please don't use, you will regret it.

STAY AWAY! From this company “Creative Design Crew” now I’m sure they will change their name after enough bad reviews but I’ll sleep better helping at least 1 person from getting scammed by them…
I just wanted a basic website created and got talked into the Cadillac website for just a little more and it always led to additional costs thru the whole process and after I declined every single add on 10 times my site was finally built, but very difficult to add in all of my information and pictures which was never finalized and even at the end it still had misspelled wording!
At this point the selling really began wanting to create a logo for me and boosting my web search ranking, making my website animated! It never stopped…. I finally got so disgusted with this company I called a local web designer and paid them to rebuild my site and then they held my domain until I paid an over $200 fee! After I thought I was done, done, done… I get a phone call on Thanksgiving Day telling me my license fee was due for my logo 5yr. = $500, 20yr. = $700 or lifetime = $900 or I would be vulnerable and it could be copied, this guy was so persistent to get this done while I’m spending the day with family after I told him I would call back the following day to discuss I basically, had to talk to this guy which has always been very difficult to understand “ foreign decent” like he was a 3 year old and promise to call him back before 10am the following day! Unbelievable!
So, today I call the United States Copyright office and they tell me the copyright claimant which is “me” owns the copyright and there is a 1 time fee of $65 to register the logo and name/phrase and there is no license fee for this…
So, find a local web designer on Google with good ratings and STAY AWAY from this huge scam!!! I started out being promised this service as a total package for $750 and I’m at least $1,600 into it with them and still had to spend additional and pay for a new website with a local guy… lesson learned!

!!!SCAM ALERT!!! They claim they have a 5-star Trustpilot score right on their front page. I ordered a website in May 2022. Every call, even if they claimed it was to "review materials" was simply them trying to bill me for something more. They also did my logo. As of Nov. 2023, I have yet to receive any documentation that says they actually got it trademarked despite them surprisingly charging a lot of extra money to do so. Now they're calling me and harassing me to pay them more in order for me to "keep" my logo that I already paid them for a year and a half ago. No one there speaks English as a first language, and their phone lines are very poor quality, which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. They NEVER put anything in writing. No materials that cover what they will provide is ever emailed. They will only say things over the phone on a "SPAM" phone number. I had to redo my website elsewhere because the one they put together was very poorly done. Very awful experience.

You pay upfront, but they won’t deliver the final products unless you purchase additional products. They don’t honor money back guarantee at all. The business owner of this business is very dishonest. We are very disappointed.

SCAM: I signed up and in less then 48hrs requested to cancel. They talk you up to a more expensive package acting like you are getting a special deal and then they do not allow you to cancel or receive refund (per their policy I am entitled to. They continue to refer to what I purchased and that I had unlimited revision options. I continued to explain my concerns and that I wanted to cancel. After many emails and phones calls they still have not submitted my request to cancel or offered my refund. Once I became frustrated that they would not give me my refund they line went dead.

They are the type of sketchy that have employees with American sounding names but clearly based in other countries. They are unethical and since its a scam, they treat you as a $. When they notice you catch onto the fraud, they begin retaliating and speaking to you in a way that if they were standing in front of you, it'd be a fight.

Take this as a warning and DO NOT engage with these people or you will find yourself sending a payment directly overseas. This is a modern day scheme. But instead of them calling you about your extended warranty, you go to them.

Creative Design Crew out of San Diego California is a horrible Webpage design company!!!

They are intentionally delaying my Website launch, trying to extort more money from me!!!!!

Now I have to contact the FTC, the FBI computer fraud division, my attorney general, the sheriff and a half dozen other agencies to get a refund.

When I contacted them, I was very upfront about my lack of Tech savvy and CLEARLY told them I want as little involvement in process as possible because I just do not understand the lingo, the process or the structure of the webpage. I just wanted a Webpage for my company to describe my services available to the public.

During negotiations for the Logo & Website, it started out $399 for the logo and $5k for the website featuring videos of this and that, I clearly told them it was way out my budget, I just want a simple website, no video, not 25 pages. I am a very small company and do not wish to convey that I can take on massive projects, as I mostly work alone.

Long story shortened, miraculously, the price went down to $325 for the Logo, which I am happy with, $1850 for the Website to which I was a bit disappointed with, but everything is getting more and more expensive, so I agreed. I clearly asked them if that was going to be the full price of the Website, to which he said yes it was.

The next time I spoke to him, he was trying to extort me out of THOUSANDS more for domain fees & keyword searches, refusing a refund upon request. They never informed me of these charges in the negotiation process! I specifically asked if the $2175 is going to cover EVERYTHING!!!! To which he replied, YES!

I flipped out and stated my case that I was told the full price was already negotiated and settled. I certainly could've handled it better, but I dearly despise being swindled and deceived!!!

Now, my Web page is not looking like a reality, it has delayed me by months with the design company dragging its feet. I have no other choice to seek legal mean for a resolution!!!! I've asked again and again for the final draft for approval, all I received was the same one they sent me WEEKS ago, when I made a few correction requests. All that was needed to finish the final draft was to delete one picture mistakenly inserted to the photo array, swap out another with a more accurate depiction of my equipment. Insert the wording of services I already approved. I'm at my wits end and have no more patience with these clowns.

PLEASE, SHARE THIS POST, GET THEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET, THEY ARE RIPPING OFF A LITTLE GUYS!!!!!!

Long story short, I went through two “heads” sr. Business consultant and marketing head and then the Operational Manager. I was pitched something that I never got. I the was pitched some website idea I didn’t want and told them I didn’t want-which was then so pushy. After that I was ghosted until I emailed several times. Then he sent and email and tried to act like he sent an email a week prior. I asked for a refund and he kept calling BACK TO BACK TO BACK on several occasions when I was at work or late at night. Then I was ghosted again. So someone else came on and called literally three times in one minute on several occasions. So after the 4th request for a refund they called at night when I was putting my son down 6 times BACK TO BACK TO BACK. This is ridiculous. I still have nothing and no refund.
