I am totally disappointed
I am totally disappointed, I came across this business through google search, I’m totally regretting, I’m dealing with Oscar Rodriguez, I told him that I only want the logo for now I don’t want registration, Oscar is very argumentative and not a good listener, I keep emailing him about giving me what I pay for, it’s almost a month and I have not received anything, I left voicemails and emails, I haven’t not received my products that I pay for.I have asked Creative design crew to refund my money, they have not returned my money but giving me the run around.I will never recommend this company to my dog not alone to any human being. They are scammers, up till now I’ve not received my money from them.
I unfortunately I had to change my review
I have been working with Oliver, he help me to design my logo and website. I am updating my previous review. Everything that these guys promised me has not been fulfilled. They sold me on a $5000 hosting plan that was broken up into three different payment. I told them that I could not afford that and so what they did is a sold me social media marketing and guaranteed that they would get a $3000 to $5000 return on that. Stupidly I agree. When the post started I constantly had to send them back to be updated because there were misspellings and phrases that made no sense. Also, the images were not branded to my company. This is supposed to be a professional company. They keep hounding me to pay the other payment and I tell them I’m not paying anything until you guys produce what you promised that you would produce. so far it has been 3 1/2 months and I have not seen a penny from social media marketing. In 3 1/2 months they have gained 25 leads. I paid $2000 for social media marketing got a total of nine posts. I had to send each one of them back to be edited. I have had them start to build a website for a client and it has been almost a month and after finally pushing I got a rough draft. I also had them update another clients website and it took them close to a month and a half to make simple changes after constantly going back-and-forth. They even had a foreign language on my clients website. I’m pretty upset because I feel really taken advantage of and probably should have believed the more negative reviews. After confronting Oliver, with the fact that they did not follow through with what they promised to do, and they had all the screw ups that a professional marketing company should not have. He told me that he thinks we should part ways. Now I’m trying to get a hold of him, I’m not getting any return texts or calls. Only this is Oliver‘s associate. I hope that this team decides to make things right so that I can turn this back into a positive review. But until then, unfortunately I am forced into this position.

I did a lot of research to find a great WordPress-focused development agency. Creative Design Crew popped up in a lot of different websites, and I looked through their portfolio and found that they were working with a few companies that we were familiar with.
So, we decided to give them a try after they come up with amazing designs during the RFP process. The team was really hands-on and great about asking questions that we didn’t think of.
Creative Design Crew created a really beautiful website. The team did what they were asked to do and more. The website was functional and popular.
We had great statistics in terms of visits, as well as buy-in from executive leadership. The team also made it very easy for whoever was going to maintain the website, making it as user-friendly as possible on the backend.

This company does not want you to know the truth.
Do not use this company! They absolutely do not follow through with their end of the deal. I paid them to design a new logo for me. The package included 100% ownership rights and a one-time fee of $299. After signing off on the final logo concept, they said that I would have to register it for an additional $685 to transfer ownership. I highlighted the original package details and asked that they provide me with what they promised or refund my money. They then sent me Terms and Conditions (simply a link to their website) that had never been agreed upon during the sale. When I again asked for a refund, they told me that the guarantee was nullified after the first revision of my unlimited revisions. An interesting fact is that they did the first logo concepts without consulting me about what I wanted. The original concepts did not align with my business at all. So, of course, I asked for a revision! In the end, I asked them to stop contacting me and told them I would dispute the charge. The project manager then got nasty and told me I should have gotten my degree from a reputable institution and said I made the wrong choice. He was very unprofessional. I finally reiterated that he should not contact me again. I sent all supporting documentation to my credit card company and the credit card company ruled in my favor.
Update: In addition, I have now had to update this review three times because the company keeps marking my statements as defamatory. I will keep editing this review as many times as I need to so you all can still see the truth. Also, below, you will see that the company is claiming it does not have any record of my business. My invoice number was 49447. Pretending that I was not a customer will also not work.
