A simple search for seeds had become a saga of refusal to post to my address. I then came across the practical, positivity of Creative Gardens, a firm I knew a bit from Bushmills, and extremely well from Donaghadee. The delight will be the growing of course, but pretty close behind will have been the fun of receiving my order by hand from a man in a Creative Gardens van! Great supplier. Thanks guys.

Had an issue with a Kamado Joe, DoJoe (not the fault of Creative Gardens), where there was a failure in the aluminium, causing the frame to warp slightly. Creative Gardens informed by email with photos, who then contacted Kamado Joe themselves. As a result they replaced the malfunctioning items with minimal fuss or problems. A1 service from both companies.

Excellent super fast delivery considering it came from Ireland! Absolutely beautiful ornament, looks stunning in it's place on the mantle, so glad I found out about it.

I find this company excellent. They always phone to arrange delivery with me. They are very helpful bringing the items into the house for me.

Such a great experience! I love it here. The garden staff were so helpful in advising me on the right plants for my home. I got a lovely little book in the gift shop and then had such a warm and cosy trip to the cafe. I was impressed with all of the gluten free options - totally yummy scones and tray bakes. The cafe Staff were so helpful and friendly - what a great vibe 😁

I recently purchased a Ooni pizza oven from the web site and when it arrived it had a crack on the stone (possibly damaged in transit). I contacted the company and spoke to Graham Ervine who was extremely helpful and sorted out a replacement stone quickly. He kept me informed of the progress with the delivery regularly and answered my e mail within a few hours of sending. 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service.

5 stars all round for a great gift shop, plants that are really healthy and last and a cafe with beautiful tasty treats!

Excellent high quality plants here. They also have a gorgeous homeware department. The way things are displayed makes me want to buy more. If you want inspiration for anything then this is the place to go. Desserts in their café are amazing too - well worth a visit.
