SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Bought a doll cost me a pretty penny for my daughter for Xmas received the doll!! Looks nothing like the pictures the smell was so strong!!! My daughter cried when she seen it!! Absolutely disgusted they are doing this! Can’t even get a refund they keep telling me I received the doll I ordered!!! BS!! I’m absolutely furious they can get away with this!!!!! I wish I read these reviews before I bought and wasted my money!!!! Now I have one very upset little girl with no doll for Xmas!!!!!!!

This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. I have attempted for days to get my order shipped, after being charged. To no avail, I keep getting an email that reads be patient. I ordered a gift for Christmas, it’s not going to arrive at this point they’ve never even shipped it as of me typing this review. Business is business and this is a bad company to do business with.

I keep looking at my purchase page and it says that I haven't ordered. I can't find a phone number for a customer representative. When I type in their email, it takes me to PayPal to give money. Please someone, if you know how to make contact with this scam company, please type in comment section.

DO NOT buy from this site! It’s a scam. Dolls looked nothing like the advertisement. Smelled horrible. Of course the company is giving me the run around as they are doing everyone else. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Please file a claim and the arbitrator will go after them.

I ordered a doll for my grand daughter. The doll is nothing more than a doll I could have purchased at a dollar store. They offered me a refund but shipping the doll will cost almost as much as the doll. I asked for a partial refund as it was offered to other customers but they denied me. Don’t bother purchasing from them!

This site is false advertising the doll looks nothing like I ordered and all they offered was 15 dollars back. My daughter was not very pleased now I have to get her something else. Do not buy anything from this company they do bad business.

Terrible experience. No means to talk to anyone about my order. My wife ordered 2 dolls for a friend in November and have not received the dolls. She keeps getting emails starting with “About your order” but they are just filled with advertisement. Its seems your website is filled with false promises and deception! If you are not able to produce the dolls in a timely manner, then please refund my wife the amount of $130.18 which she was charged for the 2 dolls. It is sad that your company is adding to the stress we are living under in these trying times. Shame on you!

The doll I received looked nothing like what I ordered and half the hair was missing. Will never buy anything from them again.

The doll I received looks nothing like the picture. It is a terrible looking doll. When I requested a refund and wanted to know the process they offered me 10% off of a different doll. I said no thank you I just want a refund. Now they won't respond to me. Total rip off, don't bother purchasing from them.

First of all, the address on the website is in the US. After your order is placed, they transfer your order to another warehouse which is in Asia somewhere.
The dolls are WAY over priced for what they are...and what they are is not awesome. They do not look like the pictures. Big waste of time and money...big disappointment. I've seen $15 dolls at Walmart which are better quite frankly.

I bought a baby doll from Creative Gifts, I am so very pleased with it. I thought it well made and its drawn hair is lovely.
It is not an Artist made Reborn but a factory made one, but for the Dollars I paid for her I think she is beautiful.
For anyone who thinks they will get an Artist Reborn for a few dollars they will not. Those Reborns cost a fortune to buy.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR ANYTHING ATTACHED TO IT.
I JUST ORDERED 2 DOLLS, TOTALLY 260US DOLLARS.
MY VISA CREDIT CARS CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY AND TOLD ME IT WAS A FRAUD. APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY ISSUES THROUGH SCOTIABANK VISA IT SHUT DOWN ORDERS TO IT.

I wish I read the reviews first before I ordered the doll cause I could have just saved my money for real

This company is Information Technology CO LTD, and has several websites and several disputes on PayPal. All of the reviews there sound the same as the ones here.
My daughter fell in love with a doll on this site and it's the ONLY thing she asked for this Christmas. The picture had no hair, but I saw in the description that their dolls had rooted hair so I emailed them with a link to the doll and asked them to confirm that there would be NO hair, as pictured. They said that it would only have hair if I ordered the gift box option. That didn't make sense, but I figured that since I had email confirmation I could return if it was wrong. The doll came with hair, was not silicone and looked pretty cheap. I sent pictures and my original email and explained that I wanted to return it. Initially they offered me 10% for a refund and said I could keep the doll and explained that since the photos are taken by a professional, sometimes they look different (what?). I explained that we didn't want the doll and that I had been mislead into purchasing it so they needed to refund my money and let me return it. They came back with an offer of 20% if I kept the doll, or I could return to CHINA at my cost (I'm in the US and this was shipped to me from CA), and said that was their policy when there is nothing wrong with the doll. I'm not even sure what my next step is but the doll is so terrible that my daughter actually cried when I showed it to her just to make sure that she I wasn't wasting my time with trying to return. Terrible customer service and apparently very difficult to return and get a refund...or maybe impossible.

The doll does not look like a reborn doll

I haven't actually ordered from this company because I wanted to ask a question first. When you click on "Contact Us" on their website, it goes to a blank page with no name. I have some real reborn dolls and they cost over $800.

My granddaughter was so disappointed. It look nothing like the picture and it was way to small in her opinion.update I emailed customer service and they wanted to give me 15.00 back out of 80.00 I spent. They had the nerve to say their dolls are home made & there will be subtle differences. I guess so sense they are to different dolls. I bet if they post they dolls that they are actually sending nobody would buy them. I wish I could put a pic of the doll I thought I was getting & the one they sent. I don’t know how though. I wish I could take back the one star I gave them cause it’s a big fat 0 for me!
