I ordered lounge pants back in April

I ordered lounge pants back in April, the payment was posted on my Visa April 28 . Contacted them in June used excuse of tariffs and them being behind in shipments. Sent two more emails in the last two weeks and got no response. If I don’t get a response this week, I will be contacting Visa to see what can be done.

If it walks like a duck...

I ordered something on Jun 18. The site told me that shipping would take 3-5 business days, but to allow until the end of the month "due to tariffs." It is now almost the end of august, and the order hasn't even left the processing stage (i.e. it hasn't even started shipping). I have seen numerous stories with similar experiences, with items taking several months to arrive, even before tariffs were an excuse.

Avoid this company. Treat them as though they are scammers and fraudsters.

I ordered 2 plushies for my daughter birthday in February still hasn't received those items or no update and they won't cancel the order or refund the order the B.B.B. need to take a look at Creator Ink.

Ordered my son 4 stuffies on may 30th.

Ordered my son 4 stuffies on may 30th.. they still haven’t come and it’s July. They said the tariff situation is causing the delay.. but I’ve gotten other stuff from china no problem. Take my advice and just order from anywhere else creator ink sucks ballz

Poor Customer Service and Barely Any Order News

I ordered the barbarian voodoo doll plush for my boyfriend on November 30th for preorder, which was promised to ship out in February. February comes, no news. I go to contact the company, twice at this point, but each time I only hear about warehouse issues and no other news regarding my order besides them telling me that they’ll let me know when it ships out. Outside of me having to contact them, I’ve heard nothing on the status of my order whatsoever, and it’s April now. I’ve even checked the reviews and other people have been getting it in on time in February. I will probably not order from this company again, as the headache is not worth it.

Terrible Company!!!

I pre-ordered from them in November for Plushies and spent alot of money for customer service to tell me it's because of the tariffs that the plushies are delayed. My son has been waiting for them since February and now it's April. Never again, I don't recommend them!

Ordered an item over a month ago

Ordered an item over a month ago. It was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, when I finally got a response back from the customer service dept. they it was due to the trucks in Mexico. When looking at the tracking information it stated that the merchant has not yet fulfilled the package for delivery. Expect several months of delay when purchasing from creator Ink. Definitely don’t purchase anything and expect it to arrive in a timely manner.

Terrible company

Terrible company, I ordered an item mid February and I had an email 2 weeks later stating it was delayed and should be with me in 2 weeks time. It's now the end of March and I have emailed them multiple times reguarding the whereabouts of my item and I have had no reply what so ever, I am beyond annoyed as this was for my daughter's birthday and the item was £50, rip off company.

I've been waiting 4 months already for…

I've been waiting 4 months already for 2 plushies I ordered for my grandson. I did ask for a refund & they did give me one. So disappointed that my grandson isn't gonna get his plushies but we have waited over 4 months now so time to move on.

DO NOT BUY!

The shipping date were delayed for almost half a year, and when the hoodie showed up it looked nothing like in the picture. The "acid wash" looked more white paint splattered on the black fabric.
They promised to replace the hoodie in an email in November 2024, told us that they would start shipping it out to us in February and that they would keep us updated on the process. February went by and then came March. Silence.
I sent them an email yesterday(13/3) asking when I could expect my replacement to be shipped out and got told that they were no longer going to replace it.

Creator Ink = Hot Garbage

this takes too freaking long

I recently bought my amazing test tube plush in December, but like it takes a really long time. looking at other reviews, people have been screwed out of their money and I hope they at least managed to receive their product any time soon.

very rude customer service

Their self-proclaimed "happy customer service team" is a joke. Sarcastic, passive-aggressive, plain rude customer service is more what you will experience. Definitely not getting any more of my money and I'm angry I shopped there at all but my daughter really wanted something from there and I didn't know better. Lesson learned I suppose.

Misleading information

Shipping time was absolutely not in the description. Shipping two months after I ordered it for Christmas. Of course I can't cancel. Hate this store, will never shop here again.
