Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! If you expect them to answer your questions in a timely manner you're at the wrong place. I placed an order and immediately realized the shipping address was wrong (my fault 100%). So I messaged them immediately to change it or cancel and I will reorder with the correct one...crickets. I messaged again each day for the next three days. No reply. I finally received a message from them saying that the item has shipped, on day 4, to the wrong address of course, and not 15 minutes after that I finally received a reply to my "wrong address" message. "Sorry your item has been shipped, take it up with the shipping company". Are you serious? Wow, I should have checked reviews before I placed a purchase.
Sizing is way off
I normally wear a XXL in women's. I ordered the 3X women's Theory Wear sweatshirt dress just to be safe. While the shirt was well made. It fit more like a large maybe an extra large and the neck hole barely fit over my head.
Major shipping delay!
I cannot tell you about the quality of the product that I purchased. The reason? Because even though I ordered it a month ago and was told that shipping would be 3-5 business days, it has still not arrived. I made certain to order it early, so that it would arrive for my son prior to Christmas. It is now estimated to arrive several days after Christmas. No way it should take more than a month! Moreover, when I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago to check on the status of the shipment, my inquiry was completely ignored. It's for these reasons that I believe this company flat out sucks!!
Afful customer support
Afful customer support. My package is lost in mail and customer support does not belive me and just claims it is in customs while it is not there. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to contact them again and I have already waited 3 weeks for the tracking to update. The company has no idea how my countrys customs work, yet they claim they do. They do not hold packages, just charges taxes on them while package is with a delivery company.

Customer service is amazing. I ordered the latest FNAF beanie and it came defective (the patch was torn off) and without any questions (other than photos of the defect) an advisor mailed me out a new one free of charge. Literally responded in less than an hour, and within half a day, they fixed my entire problem. I can only speak for the USA customer service, but do not worry about buying from creator ink. They are super nice and respectful as well.
Doesn't understand basic sizing.
I bought a FNAF shirt in my size, 2XL. I'm swimming in the dang thing, and the collar is just small enough to make you feel that you're choking. How can you screw this up? Since sales are final, I can't get a refund. I won't be purchasing merchandise-based clothes from them again!
Shocking customer service
Worn twice and washed on a low heat setting and this is what has happened! Paid £68 inc pp and as a resolution have been offered money off a new one?! What kind of customer service is that, come and spend more money in a company which quite clearly sells faulty goods. Must think I zip up the back!!

Same experience as the person below. I made an order November 29. The site says ships within 2-3 business days. It is now December 28 and still no parcel.
I agree, the happiness team sends prompt and upbeat messages, but they are worthless responses.
My son was looking forward to his Christmas gift and I now need to tell him sorry it was a hoax and work with my credit card company to get my money back.
Buyer Beware - They don’t care
Should have looked up reviews before I did business. BUYER BEWARE. These people do not care that you actually receive what you order and definitely don’t care about acting timely. I ordered Christmas presents for my daughter. They confirmed the order and it “shipped” a few days later (12/6). A week went by and I wasn’t too worried. Another week went by. A separate item I ordered from China arrived however not this order. Now I was worried. I contacted them and their “happiness” team responded that the shipping status sometimes doesn’t update promptly. Another week and Christmas is looming. No shipping status change and no positive action at all from these people. They seem to only be concerned with their own happiness. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Save your money.

I ordered the SomeThingElseYT Tube Tumbler
At the end of August, I ordered the STEYT Tube Tumbler. It took the entirety of September and a little bit of October. I'm a patient person so I didn't mind waiting. I checked my emails every week just to catch up, eventually on Monday, it came. It was in excellent condition and the box was acceptable. I accidentally broke a hole in the package it came in (not the toy's box, the parcel it came in). It's reasonable that it took a little while to get it, but I'm happy with it, writing the review with it!
Pre-order now months late, they haven't replied to any emails
Ordered a gift for my son in April on pre-order which was going to arrive in time for his birthday at the end of July. It's still not here, and they haven't replied to my emails asking for updates. I can forgive delays in shipping if the circumstances are genuinely beyond their control, but there's absolutely no excuse for the poor customer service surrounding it. No replies to emails, and not even an automated email to update me on the timings. Definitely one to avoid.

So, it's hard to review them. The products they source for other people like YouTube channels is cool. My kids love a lot of it. But, most recent purchase was made in March. It's the middle of July, a few days before my son's birthday. All he wanted was a particular item from a YouTube channel merch, and it hasn't even left Los Angeles way more than a week after, finally, arriving on a ship from China. I get it's a pandemic, I get ships have to cross the Pacific, I get everyone is shipping everything, I get it's the era to be grateful for vaccines and maybe an end to the pandemic. But, ffs, over four months to get something? Even worse, by the time it gets to Canada, Canada Post will add weeks onto it. My bet currently on July 12 is we will not see this package before mid-August, if we are lucky. And for that, I am not sorry to give one star -- bottom line, don't sell things you can't deliver. I would have gladly bought a kid something else he would like that would actually be here for his birthday.
Shipping cancelled without telling me
I waited for a preorder for 5 month, sent a mail to ask where my order was, only to learn that there had been a problem at some point, that they had retrieved it and I wouldn't be getting it. At least they refunded me, but if I hadn't asked no one would've told me and I would've never seen my money again. I really wanted this order but now the preorder is finished so yeah.
The costumer service is really helpful and nice when you ask for help though, they answer fast too.
