I was so happy when this vet opened right next to my house as my partner and I don’t drive so getting cabs to and from the vets was always hard work. Creature Comforts have not disappointed. You actually get to know the staff and they know you. The appointments are not rushed and staff are upfront with prices. Previous vets have told me my cat is overweight but have been rubbish at helping me with ideas. Creature Comforts created a whole diet plan and my cat attends their fit club every few weeks (all part of my membership) Love how easy booking appointments is and they are open seven days a week! Every single member of staff are lovely and I feel like they genuinely care. I love this vets and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been to many vets over the years and this is a luxury experience in comparison.

Creature Comforts in Notthing Hill is a really good vet. I did a lot of looking around and tried other places, but I knew what I was looking for: a vet that actually cares for the pets they treat and look after. I have been with them now for over a year, with my dog and my cat. Their fees are reasonable considering the current average, and the care is good. They are not a money-grubbing business. They also organised a discounted Xmas special dog-friendly viewing at a local cinema, which was fab. So far, I highly recommend them. I worry that if they grow further as a business, their care model could change, to meet the increased demands. I hope not!

I have been taking my dog Hugo to creature comforts st Johns wood since it's inception
the team has always been super attentive and recently completed a successful operation to remove a lump from Hugo's mouth. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the £20 unlimited consultation model definitely makes me bring Hugo in more regularly for checkups which gives me peace of mind given his age.

Everything about this vets is amazing. From the people, to the care and treatment, the decor and added extras like goodie bags after their first visit. Could not recommend this vets more. The app is so easy to use and takes away that stress if you have a question but don’t want to book an appointment etc.

We joined creature comfort’s in Balham in December 2025. Ziggy our 9 yr old cockapoo skips in the door, even after having a successful operation, where she was very well looked after. We are always greeted by a caring and helpful team and even offered complimentary coffee! Lots of small thoughtful touches greet you and your loved animal in the practice and I think they are excellent value for money. Very glad to be a customer of creature comfort’s!

We moved to Creature Comforts a year ago and we have nothing but praise for the service we and our dog, Barney, has received. Barney has some complex health issues and all the Team at Creature Comforts look after him so well when he comes in. Our vet has been excellent in working out a treatment plan and keeps us informed every step of the way. Also Barney has no hesitation coming into the vets and even wants to go in when he doesn’t have an appointment (maybe something to do with the lovely Treat Wall they have!). We are very pleased with Creature Comforts and would highly recommend them.

We moved to CC in Putney as they opened and have had a wonderful experience - the reception staff are qualified nurses so immediately offer care and comfort to you as you walk through the door and all of the Drs we have had to look after Honey have been wonderful; in particular Dr El who is absolutely wonderful. Honey is genuinely excited to go to the vet every time and immediately races onto the scales for a treat, would recommend this to everyone and to sign up to the monthly subscription as it's worth every penny.

I wanted to share a positive experience with Creature Comforts, as I know online reviews can sometimes focus more on negative situations.
I have been bringing my dog Grace (nearly 16 years old) and my cat Pippin (who was 18) here, and I have found the team to be professional, caring, and very clear in their communication. Most importantly, I have always felt that the vets take the time to explain options properly, which helps me make informed decisions about their care.
As a Deaf client, I also want to highlight that the team always welcomes me into the room and allows me to use their laptop to access a BSL interpreter. This level of understanding and support goes above and beyond what I would normally expect, and it has made a huge difference to my experience.
Recently, Grace was diagnosed with early-stage kidney disease, and the support and guidance from the team has been calm, thoughtful, and focused on her quality of life. At no point did I feel pressured, only informed.
Yes, veterinary care can be expensive, but I appreciate that the clinic is transparent about costs and options, especially when you have insurance in place.
From my experience, the staff genuinely care about the animals and their wellbeing, and that matters most to me.
They were also there for me when Pippin sadly passed away over Christmas 2026, which I will always be grateful for.
Thank you to the team for looking after Grace and Pippin so well.
Marcus

My pooch absolutely loves going there, along with myself! Always offered tea or coffee. Friendliest staff who are so caring and loving towards my pooch. Feel so welcome! Finally we always have the same vet who communicates all options for treatments and the best steps going forward. Clean space and treat heaven! And the chat option on the app is amazing, quick feedback for any big or small questions. Easy to book and not having to pay for consultations is superb!

The whole team at Creature Comforts are excellent to deal with. From receptionists to people dealing with insurance, staff on the end of the phone, vet nurses, vet pharmacists and vets, everyone cares about your pet and is professional, friendly and competent. There was a strong sense of love and care for my dog when he was recently admitted, which made me feel confident leaving him in their hands. Can't recommend highly enough; a wonderful team!

I’m very happy with the quality of care my dog has received since joining Creature Comforts. It’s a much more personalised service than I have experienced with other vets. They know my dog well and he adores them.

I have been with them since pretty much the beginning and it's genuinely been the best vet experience possible. It opened just as we moved to Notting Hill, which was incredibly lucky. We have two senior cats which means frequent checkups, so the subscription model is really useful (and such a relief!) They're also very mindful when requesting additional tests, and always offer a cost estimate in advance.
The service itself is amazing, from the friendly staff to the lovely and talented vets. One of my cats had multiple tumours removed by last year and despite being 15, and she recovered without as much as a scar! Plus they always send photos and give them lots of love, which as an anxious cat mom, I wholeheartedly appreciate.
I also LOVE how easy it is to book, cancel or contact them. I am busy and my schedule is frantic so being able to have this ease and flexibility has genuinely been a gamechanger.
Going to the vet is never fun, but the Westbourne Grove location, the modern, clean and calm clinic, the friendly faces and trusted expertise all have made it a much more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

We get an excellent service, my dog loves the team, they were the first vets to get to the bottom of her issues (she has pug blood) and her health has improved exponentially since she’s been under their care. The subscription model works well for an older dog as we are not charged every time we walk in the door
