Iv had a few tarantulas from CFTN a Poecilotheria metallica a Heteroscodra maculata and a Psalmopoeus irminia all arrived safe and sound well packaged and heat packs were still warm all 3 are healthy and still doing great several months down the line one was actually and easter freebie last year I have also dealt with the customer service who were very helpful as I forgot to add a code to my transfer reference very speedy response.

I’ve ordered three times from Creatures of the North and all of my spiders have arrived well packed, rapped and matching the description. I messaged on WhatsApp with questions and they were happy to answer any queries I had (I ordered a mystery box on one occasion). I would recommend!

I have placed two orders from here.
The first one arrived okay, although very cold and no tracking was provided, so I didn't know when to expect it.
Second order was awful.
I ordered two spiders, one arrived cold and dead, the other was replaced with a sticky note stating to contact for a refund.
I contacted for a replacement/refund for the two spiders.
I sent 5 emails over the course of 3 weeks, and was eventually left with no choice, but to open a paypal case to receive my refund due to lack of response.
I'm not the 1st unhappy customer and I won't order again.
Seller is also bribing people to leave reviews with the promise of a free spider in the next order.

I've used CFTN a few times and I have always experienced a great service. The spiders are in beautiful condition.

Although it was a while ago, I ordered 3 slings but I received 5! I was over the moon with this, however, this did get me in trouble with my wife!
My only criticism would be with the website listings. There have been a few occasions when I'm looking to purchase a spider, a Pokie, for example, so click on the listing only to see it isn't available to purchase. I would suggest not showing spiders that aren't in stock so I don't get my hopes up. Apart from that can't fault CFTN!

I ordered a mystery box and a couple of extra slings. All of them came, they were a little Diddy but all arrived well and all are thriving and have had multiple molts with me now. Communication could be much better, and they were posted earlier without warning so it was a good job I was home to receive the parcel. I will absolutely order again.

I have ordered online from creatures from the north as well as bought in person from expos and never had a problem. Ive even ordered for my dad online and had it sent to his address no issues. Communication is always great as is the standard of shipping, packing and quality of spiders. The company is always first for me when looking for spiders and i cant fault them at all

Have ordered spiders several times from CTFN, never any issues. Spiders arrived healthy happy, well packaged and on time as weather allows. Communications were good. Prices competitive and better than some other bigger suppliers.
Will use again no doubt.

I bought a spider and a few decorative accessories, the package was very well packed, I also got some very nice free gifts, I'm very pleased.

I have purchased tarantulas at invert shows from creatures from the north. Always pleased with my tarantulas. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great shop, bought many times and the spiders have always been in great condition. Any queries regarding husbandry are always replied courteously and with good knowledge. I don't understand the negative comments at all as most buyers from my area of the UK buy here with no issues. Thank you so much.

Fantastic to buy from and deal with, spiders all came healthy and have gone on to do really well, communication is first rate as is delivery, the only problem is I want to buy more !!!! Thank you for the extremely positive experience I highly recommend and will 100% be ordering again !!!!!

Ordered a few times from here as from Northern Ireland and cannot get from mainland UK anymore,ive received a good bulk of my collection from creaturesfromthenorth and have to say there all thriving and doin great,all came well packaged and with heat packs if needed and all very healthy my little balfouri communal of 10 which I recently received are doin great too absolutely no complaints at all and will continue to order from these guys 😀 👍

I brought a gbb sling for CFTN it arrived well packed and healthy. Not only that but the seller was really helpful with all my questions, even my what may have come across as stupid questions. I am only allowed one tarantula (my arachnophobic husbands proviso to allowing me to have one) but if ever he changes his mind to let me have more, I would not hesitate to come straight to CFTN for another. Great shop, knowledgeable seller/owner and nothing was too much trouble. My gbb is still doing well 2 years on, so that speaks to the quality of the livestock (Had to put my experience as less than 12 months hence the date, for anyone confused as to how it can be 2 years later from oct 2025)

We have had tarantula slings from these guys both online and bought from them at invert shows, always had the ones we've ordered and always on time. Well packaged and with heat packs, all little ones arrived safe and sound. Would definitely recommend to buy from as a trusted supplier.

Communicated well and put the spiders safety first when it came to temperatures being to cold post.
They have lots of spider options, some of which are harder to find on the market atm.
I received a free sling as a token of goodwill for the delay with postage, (weather related) which was a nice surprise.
When ordering originally I was slightly reserved, this was due to not understanding the whole"available to UK only" . I asked around other breeder friends and lots of people said the company was legit so I purchased and am very happy.
Would purchase again and recommend.

Bought from these several times, all spiderlings have been in great condition and are all thriving, including some I've had 3 years now. Very knowledgeable and has a large variety of spices to pick from. Ill definitely buy again when I'm wanting to add to my collection.

The packaging itself is second to none, the creatures ordered were as safe as they could ever be.

The animals themselves were all in good health and I have had no issues with any of them.

I received my Brazilian white knee from creatures from the north and I couldn’t have been more satisfied, she was packaged with love and care and the box she came in was also very well padded out with a heat patch. Would and will definitely be ordering from them again.
