A bit of confusion 1st payment.
I thought it was set up to be paid in payments.
After receiving numerous notifications it was discovered my payment was paid.However, I didn’t realize it had to be paid 1 month in advance to continue with the payment schedule I had selected.
I certainly didn’t intend to be late especially with my 1st payment! ‘‘Twas a bit of confusion “ but without proper wording on the payment selection page I was not aware of any issues!

My experience with Credit Acceptance has been outstanding! From the beginning, they gave me an opportunity when other lenders might not have, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Everything was clearly explained, and I always felt like they truly cared about helping me succeed with my auto loan.
Their customer service team has been respectful, responsive, and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine understanding of their customers’ situations.

Poor business practices
Credit acceptance backs, poor car dealers that put shoddy vehicles that barely pass inspection or should not pass inspection. And these vehicles break down in less than a year or have major problems. That cost thousands of dollars to fix the extra warranty options are a nightmare to try to get to work, or they don't trying to set things up to get it taken care of through the warranty is next to impossible, many garages will not deal with that. I personally bought a vehicle from autumns, automotive and day. Let they're not in the car while they were trying to clear the check. Engine light. It chewed up the shifter in the car. There was dog hair all over when I received the car. They got the check engine declare. They threw an inspection sticker in the window. I drove it for a month. The check engine light came back on standing at a gas pump. I am feeling my vehicle. It starts leaking gas. I take the vehicle back to autumns, and they tell me they can't figure out where it's leaking. It turned out to be a crack in the fuel pump that required the seat being removed. So they could find said, crack. Also, they it sold made the vehicle. I had the vehicle less than 2 months, and the driver side tire went completely bald. Because it needed a new control alarm. When I took the vehicle to another garage to have it. Inspected, the following year. They told me that the rare coil Springs had been cracked for a very long time. In that it could not pass inspection until those were replaced. Combine that with credit acceptances, stupidly high interest rate. People get trapped with junk cars that within a year to 2 years, they are unable to drive credit acceptance. Does a poor job?And if only cares about the money
