Brandon was incredibly helpful and helped me understand the options I was given by my bank, and gave me more options that were not originally provided to me. It was very reassuring and helped me regain hope that I had lost. It was really meaningful to me that he wasn't trying to sell me on something that wouldn't actually benefit me in the long run.

The initial intake was amazing but I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of updates. Some of the creditors who I was told were included still have no record of an agreement and there’s been no response to my emails. The dashboard online isn’t the greasiest as far as clarity (on mobile) either. A weak 3/5 tbh
