Cathy was wonderful to speak to and I didn’t feel judge. I was really afraid to call because I thought I was going to get judged for having bad credit and debt but Cathy was so professional and understanding.

Great customer service
Saj was very helpful and I appreciate him very much for helping me set up my debt consolidation plan. It's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Far exceeded expectations! and FREE!
I spoke with Randolph completely out of the blue. I thought about finding help to review, understand and fix my credit rating that had been steadily decreasing and I didn't know why. I reached out to Credit Canada because ChatGPT had them listed as a top resource. Randolph called me less than 24 hours later and spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with me explaining the company, how they're funded by banks etc, and then walking me through every page of my 100+ page credit report. I thoroughly enjoyed the call and I walked away feeling so much better. Thank you Randolph and Credit Canada!
