Creditfix took over my IVA from…
Creditfix took over my IVA from Hannover who I found were hit and miss depending on who you got in customer services. Creditfix have been excellent from start to finish, every time you call they're really helpful and I lost my card once so had to sort that out and they were great. I have just been dealing with Kameshwaree via email who has been really helpful and put my mind at rest as obviously you can worry that the whole thing is going right. Very professional service and I would recommend them to anyone who is needing to sort out their credit and finances.

The lady I spoke to today was…
The lady I spoke to today was absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately my situation changed last year November and I wasn’t able to pay my agreement for 3 months but today I spoke to a lovely lady that understood the situation and helped me the best as she could.
Agreement is now up to date because of her help and I couldn’t be happier.
