Clear Score give you frequent accurate and up-to-date information on your credit score history. There's a lot of other Companies you have credit & debit card with, plus any loans. You can see at a glance how much you owe and the impact on your credit record. You also get "Triple Locked" offers for cards and loans which is also very helpful. One of the best things? You don't even have to pay to access the formation!!

Very slow. Paid off accounts 4 weeks ago. Still not updated

Most unreliable scores, without any changes on the file the score fluctuates from 546 to 536 , promoting a credit card with £50 credit limit with a £14 monthly fee doesn't set a good example of a credit reference company just because they get a commission for any successful application.

Great app, really useful and informative, but please please please, make the facial recognition for sign in work again, instead of having to type the code in everytime, might not be so annoying, but with the amount of alerts the app generates, it’s frustrating going through the motions and then it not working with face.

Not very good and failed sign up experience. They send an OTP to my mobile phone and then reject the code. it requires me to contact customer support about it who then ask for me to send documents via unsecure email.

I told them this is not secure and i don't want to send sensitive information to them in the clear and I will use in my opinion other more reputable agencies like Experian and Transunion who I am signed up with.

It seems they have a good write up on here but I am not convinced why when they cannot get the basics right.

Credit Karma doesn’t update my account, i don’t know why.
My account remains the same over and over. They should try to fix it.

Good detailed report and easy to understand

Shafted me on my credit score as an accidental missed £5 payment which should have been sent as a direct debit! Now for no reason my credit score keeps going down!

I never used to pay any attention to my credit score until one day I planned to apply for a loan. I had seen some very impressive rates but unfortunately, they were for people with excellent credit rating and I only had a good credit rating. Ever since that day I have been working on the factors that Credit Karma highlighted to me to improve my credit score. I can safely say I am now not too far away to an excellent credit score. I have benefited from the tips and advice that I have received from Credit Karma. I highly recommend Credit Karma to anyone wanting to understand how credit scores work and how to improve ones credit score. The information that they provide in terms of the full credit file, hard and soft searches is invaluable. The information on searches help me monitor and prevent identity fraud. As I get alerted as soon as there is a search on my credit file.

Absolutely rubbish have asked and asked to sort problem I have had for 4 years now and still they have not sorted it what does it take I have done all I should and still they don't correct information just as bad as the other agency no names mentioned wish these companies would get there act together and help instead of blocking and making it difficult.
