The comfiest tracksuits ever! Cant wait to buy more

Bought a tracksuit on 26/11/24 and it still hasn’t arrived even though I was told it was out for delivery multiple times and now I’m finally getting a refund absolute joke

The best hoodie I own, If you don’t own one then I don’t know what to say. Would 100% recommend

Just gonna touch on why some people have left bad reviews… yes delivery was slightly delayed but considering it was just the Christmas period this is understandable, I’ve seen other reviews with people complaining about delivery times but that’s not exactly a reason to deduct stars, that’s on the delivery company.

I have to say communication was perfect from them on instagram when I was asking about sizing and the size I’ve got is perfect!

Onto the product… this is a seriously comfy tracksuit and considering the price it’s a steal! It’s up there, if not better than some of the most popular brands at the moment and, as someone who pretty much lives in tracksuits, this has come as a blessing because I’ve not found anything I’ve liked recently. The little details are what the big brands are missing and these lot smashed it!

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for crazy comfort, great fit and high quality!

I ordered two hoodies. One hoodie over 6 weeks ago and the second hoodie 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received them. Every time I message their account they just say it’s out for delivery. All they do is lie. I do not recommend this company. Still haven’t received the 2 hoodies and they won’t give me a refund.

Ordered on the 26/11/2024 and I still haven’t received my package. I have received no shipping updates and customer service doesn’t reply.

Wow! What an amazing team!

Firstly, I ordered a tracksuit as a Christmas present, in a different colour than I originally planned as it was not in stock.

They were so flexible and amazing when I explained I would like to exchange this as when I received my order I found the one I wanted initially was back. The customer service team were amazing, such fast replies and great communication overall.

The quality of the tracksuits are amazing also, so thick and fleeced inside, I can’t wait to receive the other one!

Really happy with the purchase I made last month, The quality is luxurious and comfortable which I love. I like the options of payment and if there are any issues, they are resolved promptly. The issue that I had showed that they are a company that is aiming towards being customer-centric

Apparently there has been a delay and I still haven’t received my order yet. Staff only told me this information once I had emailed them to ask where my parcel was.

Ordered a hoodie, which came quickly, but the size was too small. I have tried contacting them through live chat and instagram, and have not had any consitant response. Their responses have gotten me nowhere on the return process, as the last message they sent said "Hey! How can I help?", which was 4 days ago.

I love the tracksuit and the material and brand is great but I took two stars off because of the posting and how long that took to arrive. Also having no communication or updates didn’t help. I would still buy again but the delivery process could have been better

Very poor. Bought the heartbreak open bottom joggers in (black) order placed on the 17th November. Never received them. They were quick enough to take the money tho.
