Order not processed

The artwork was approved and the order paid in full before I went on a two-week vacation. When I returned, I checked in for a delivery ETA just to find out that the order had never been processed. No explanation other than "we don't know why" and do you still want the order. Thankfully, I had allowed enough time and the order could still be put through, but this was disappointing.

My experience with Crestline has been…

My experience with Crestline has been pretty smooth, honestly, and the ordering process didn't feel like a headache. To clarify, we ordered branded gift bags for an event, and the logo placement came out clean with crisp lines and good color, which was a relief. The rep was responsive and the turnaround was consistent with what they told us, so that reliability counts for a lot. Only small gripe is some items have higher minimum quantities than I'd prefer, which makes choosing a little annoying, but I'd still use them again.
