I am having trouble editing listings. Tried 888 number, got an Indian with poor language skills who was no help.

Joshua did an excellent job walking me through the features of Crexi that I will most use, answered my questions well, and I walked away from our training feeling more confident using the platform.
Crexi worth it to close more Deals!
Mason has been awesome to work with. He flew all the way up to our office in South Seattle to give us a presentation on how Crexi can help us close more deals. Didn't try to oversell at all, just put together more of a tutorial course on how we can use the program. Mason is great on follow up as well always making sure our listings are up to date and not leaving out any important details. I would highly recommend using Crexi as well as having Mason as your Account Executive.
Timeshare Cancellation Process
Product is fine. They play games when you try to cancel your membership. You will have to verbatim quote their policy back to them.
They should spend as much time adding value as creating bots to reply to emails.

Client-centered support is available
We had a few experiences with Crexi. To provide the best review, our objective for using it should be mentioned: to find an RV park in our region of the country and use the record data that serves us as investors.
We began our own search with deep diving into property websites, hunting down info on the owners and researching land owners on county records. Upon falling on Crexi (undoubtedly due to our searching), we had a sales meeting with Mark. Mark gave us a great intro to the program. We set up our payment method and began moving forward.
About a week into it, we began exploring it and set up a training. One of our welcome emails prompted us to sign up for a web training. So, we scheduled one with an individual (not named here) who did NOT teach, nor guide the audience. It was live, but could have been a pre-recording because he barely stopped talking. It was very fast-paced, overly click-y, and unfriendly to new users.
Upon writing a review on TrustPilot and contacting the sales rep, Mark, we received a one-on-one call with an employee named Leah. She was very patient and offered to share her screen, as well as she let me share my screen so that she could guide us and we could practice using it. Leah assured us that if Crexi did NOT meet our needs, we could have a refund on this very large investment.
While Crexi may not be the right fit for our needs, I do believe the company is doing their best to meet customer/client needs.
To support and encourage Crexi as a company, I would recommend a 3-7 day trial. I would also recommend there be a clear path for new clients to follow to ensure we are comfortable with the purchase.

Alberto was not only knowledgeable he was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. His thoughtful service and follow-through made the difference; in fact, it’s the reason I decided to sign up. Kudos to Alberto for setting a standard of care that exceeded expectations. I’m optimistic about selling my property quickly with Crexi’s support!
