Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service. I recently bought a glass birthday present which was delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately there was a small flaw in the top, not ideal for a present. I contacted customer services and they could have not been more helpful. The matter was soon resolved, photos were sent to me and I selected a replacement item, which was immediately dispatched. The customer service team were courteous, efficient and very kind. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again - highly recommended!

Nice quality, shame about the presentation!
The cork place mats were much larger than expected but they are good quality. The only disappointing thing was - the labels were old and tatty (and did not resemble the ones shown on the website) and the 'string' holding each set together (I ordered two) is different and one quite grubby so it does spoil the look of them Of course, This wouldn't have mattered had I ordered them for myself but they are a gift for a friend who couldn't source them locally.
Would have been 5 stars if they had been presented nicely,
