Crocodile Garage Doors Verandas Reviews 

We had a glass veranda installed last week by Crocodile's three installers Chris, Jack and Jake. We are delighted with the structure. The three installers were polite ,friendly and worked very hard under conditions of high ambient temperatures. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy. We were left very satisfied with the end result.

Whole process of purchasing the awning for the rear of our house was easy. From initial contact, to the quotation, contract arrangement, payment and installation was straightforward, logical and communication from all at Crocodile was excellent

From first contact with sales team to fitting of garage door 5 star service. A great quality product exactly as demonstrated and advised by Craig. Fitters Mackenzie and Nathan were great, fitted garage door speedily whilst maintaining a really clean and tidy work area both during fitting and before leaving and answered any questions we had. Over the moon with my new garage door. From the initial contact by me every one involved was so helpful and had answers for all my questions. The installation guys Mark and Paul have done a fantastic job putting it in and explained everything I need to know and do to maintain it, they left site immaculate. Initially I was told that your garage doors can be operated by a mobile device. You then installed the device which doesnt allow for this. I was told that the technology is unreliable so you arent installing it any longer. You continue to advertise the fact you can do this. To compensate you have sent me two fobs, unprotected with out a courtesy note. I have found it impossible to pair these with the main control. I have been meaning to call you to inform you of this, but clearly my experience hasnt been great.

Update: after calling the helpline, they were unable to assist me, instead having to send my call to an engineer. After a second phone call it was obvious that the additional fobs that were sent were not the correct ones for my control centre so they could not be linked. I’ve now since received the correct fobs and these have now been synced. Quite the effort to get a working garage door.

From initial visit to quote for a roller door for our Garage the team working behind the scenes were helpful, fair, informative and explained that there was an area just outside the garage that was a little unlevel. They could have just gone ahead but they were conscientious and thorough enough to explain the issues this could bring.
On the day of the fit, Mark and Paul carried out the work, mess free, quickly, arrived on time and were polite, respectful and un-intrusive and even raised the area to make it completely level prior to fitting the door. Thanks guys!

We've got a new veranda and we love it ! Crocodile has been very professional from start to finish. The two installers, Vitalie and Vasile arrived at 9am having driven from Plymouth to us in East Sussex. They worked hard all day in the pouring rain until they finished at 8pm. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with our new veranda. The product is very good quality and we are happy to recommend Crocodile. Vitalie and Vasile are a credit to the company

The 2 man installation team phoned to say they were 10 minutes away from our house. Ricardo and John were fantastic, so friendly and professional, did a really fantastic job of the installation, kept the whole area spotless, gave perfect instructions after completion, can thoroughly recommend these two fitters and the door is perfect, so smooth and quiet and so well engineered.. Well done crocodile doors.

A Winter Garden has just been built at our property. The materials are first class and Chris and Jake the fitters were both exceptional. Both were friendly and professional and took pride in their work.
