I’ve never experienced customer service this terrible.

I’ve never experienced customer service as poor as Crocs’. I waited two full weeks just to receive a return label, only for it to never be issued at all. There were no apologies, no sense of urgency, and absolutely zero customer care throughout the process.

Their chat support is even worse—they randomly close chats the moment they don’t want to deal with your query, leaving you to start over again and again. It feels like they’re actively avoiding helping their customers.

Overall, an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from the Crocs website altogether and purchasing through an alternative retailer instead.

Horrible customer service!

This review is addressed to whom ever created this service!! I’m aware that this poor guy, who answered my phone call can not do anything, it’s some kind “big boss-as*hole who ordered it- this is FOR YOU! WHO on earth let you do this??Horrible customer service!! Customer service in Netherlands, multiple disconnected phones call, when finally I was able to talk to someone, I was informed that my refund will be issued in 4-7 business days - I’ve posted my return on 24/11/25 today is 03/11/25… I’ve not just returned, I’ve exchanged for bigger size as all sizing is in US sizing not UK - ok, my fault, but still refund should be processed quicker and email with acknowledged of receiving it should be sent. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY! Chinese website provides MUCH BETTER RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on you “worldwide recognised” brand!!

You must have a printer to return Crocs

The return process is awful, we purchased two pairs of Crocs from crocs.co.uk, one fitted the other didn't. You can go through the process to make a return, except they will not provide a return label, you must print the label. Trying to get them to send a label seems impossible the WhatsApp number given on the UK website is for the Netherlands, and no-one picks up.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company via the website unless you have a printer - just in case you need to make a return, In this day and age, it feels a cheap and unnecessary lack of customer care.

Shocking

Ordered women's size 8 crocs and received a completely different style in a mens 13.

This is the second time I have ordered and received the wrong size.

I'm trying to get in contact but from reading other reviews it seems like it is pointless.

I don't understand how such a well established company is so bad at online orders

DISGUSTING LIERS !

I’ve ordered yesterday 4 pairs of crocs on black friday sale ( price was extremely low ) so I’ve ordered 4 pairs and paid 25£ ! This morning I’ve received email cancellation and nothing about my money refund !!! Such an big and popular company allowing mistakes like that? Is not people fault price was wrong ! DISGUSTING!!! WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK !!!

Very disappointed with crocs online

Very disappointed with crocs. Order some kids crocs online only for them to be cancelled later that evening with no explanation. Go onto their website and the crocs are still available but now the price has gone up. Crocs should not have cancelled the order when they are still in stock. Looking at these reviews it would seem a lot of customers have issues with crocs online shop very disappointing.

Flip flop blunder

I ordered some flip flops for £3.77, yes, I thought they were cheap. They cancelled my order no reason given. Looks like the price was incorrect instead of honouring my order they just cancelled. Not good crocs.

Misleading Website + Zero Human Support

Website states customers are entitled to cancel orders 30 minutes after order is placed, yet have entirely fake/non-existent option to do so within that window so you are left with no options to rectify anything about an order you don't want. No UK customer service options and all replies through chat or email are 100% automated and 100% unhelpful. Terrible.

Do no buy from Crocs if you are not sure

I bought two pairs which I returned early September as the wrong sizes were sent.

I am having to email regularly and other than being told that my refund has been processed several times and that my complaint has been escalated I have not received any money or had any contact for my complaint

Terrible customer service, how can you make a complaint and it is ignored

I have emails after emails chasing and being told that the complaint is made and still no money no contact this is not acceptable

Almost three months and still chasing for my money

NEVER BUY CROCS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Comfortable shoes but awful customer service.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The customer service is shocking, I placed an order no more than a hour ago and I'm trying to cancel the order. The item i ordered was supposed to be included in the black friday deals and I also had another code and when it came to payment it charged me full price and gave no explanation as to why the item wasn't included or why my other discount code wasn't accepted. If the item wasn't included in the black friday deal and the my blue light card discount wasn't accepted I would have purchased them from another shops that has them on offer. I now have to wait until the package is delivered and create a return before I can get a refund!

I want to start by saying I do love…

I want to start by saying I do love crocs, however, avoid ordering online at all costs and go to an actual shop! I placed an order online, which Royal Mail ‘returned to sender’ due to ‘incomplete address’ so obviously a printing error on crocs side as everything I order is autofilled, I eventually managed to get through to an agent who said to re order and a refund would be issued within 10-14 days of them receiving the original order back. Wow. Literally had to fight for months to get the refund! Several different agents tried telling me they had received them back on different dates- even though I could see the date on Royal Mail they received them back! Then 10-14 days turned into ‘it may take longer depending on your payment method/bank’ every time I spoke to an agent the date changed and it would be 10-14 days from that date. They told me on 3 occasions the refund had been manually activated and would be with me soon, I did eventually get refunded 3 months after initially reaching out to query it! Persistence in contacting them, however it should not take all that effort to get a refund! I still believe I wouldn’t have received it back if I had not contacted them as much as I did.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Mickey Mouse crocs aren’t cheap and after 5 months the strap broke. It’s Black Friday so everything is on offer so the 20% code is useless because there’s other reductions. I asked for free delivery so I could replace slightly cheaper but the codes they post on chat don’t work even on full price items. I’m told ‘it works this end’. Useless waste of time

This happened 4 times. Tried to return item as too small but return function is not working for me. Also tried reordering but blue light code discount is initially accepted but then gets deleted when you put card details in to pay.
