This is a truly horrible company to order from took 2 weeks for my order to even be shipped Now gas been almost another 2 weeks and my orders MIA just a horrible experience all the way around.

Ordered a mystery box 30th of November DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL 24 days later they finally issue my refund after "not our issues" yhyh whatever scammers get very salty when they have to refund you and blame every external factor but themselves it was even my fault at one point

My first time ordering from Crooks and Castles and I will order from here again.I bought a mystery box and wow ! I love it . Very impressed. All the shirts and back pack are of good quality. I have to admit I was surprised. Thank you Crooks and Castles !

Horrible service and operations. I purchased a hoodie on one occasion and some sweat pants on another occasion. Both times working with them to get the order, track the order, etc. was a nightmare. It was so bad that I'm taking time out of my day to write to you to warn you how bad it was. I'm honestly shocked that this company hasn't already gone out of business. Given their operations, I don't suppose they will exist 24m from now.

Worst company to get your product from. I will say theyve answered my emails when after a week i ask where my product is. Surprise we dont have it in stock. Even after we tell you its re stocked and its available. 3 out of 5 orders have been short. My fault for being a sucker but never again will i do business with them ever. Not even for free. No refunds only exchanges. Never ever again will i deal with them.

A week and a half after ordering I get an email from Rebecca letting me know that the t shirt top to the "Bandana Cherub" set was sold out due to stock issues? How so when I ordered almost two weeks ago and it was in stock when I ordered.

Fast forward to today, I receive my order today in a raggedy old rotini pasta box that was halfway open and not taped up at all. I'm going to return the Bandana Cherub shorts because there is no matching top, and after I receive my next order I will unsubscribe from the email notifications and not be ordering from these guys again. Very upset that my order wasn't handled appropriately or in a timely manner and also very unprofessionally.

I had high esteem for this company because a friend had told me it was his buddy's clothing line and I wanted to show support, plus they have dope gear, but service is pretty high on my list of things I consider when ordering from a company.

It's actually just another reminder why I'm going to try to buy only American made stuff from now on and stop funding sweat shops and slave wages from companies that make clothes and shoes overseas.

Hope some folks have better luck. By the way, the online chat people are very helpful and kind, but whoever works in that warehouse that stuffed my items in a rotini pasta box needs to get fired.

Order was sent with USPS , and got no updates for a Week, after an email everything was fine. Nothing to complain.

Spent over $300 with them. Order stuck with USPS and no one can explain why. I have sent several emails to Crooks customer service team. No reply.
Be warned these guys will keep your money and not send you the items you ordered

Me and my wife placed an order for the first time over a week ago. And they still haven’t sent out our order. I emailed them and they were ver smug in their reply. We order a lot of stuff online on a day to day. We will NEVER order from here ever!!!

ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND C&C TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND I HAD TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER - HAD TO BEGG FOR MY $ BACK AFTER CP TOLD ME ITEM WAS LOST - 14 DAYS AFTER ORDERING; C&C IS PATHETIC - GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MERCHANDISE...

After butchering my order and double charging me and than sending a package to try and make up for their screw up I tried contacting them through Instagram got the “ceo” Steven and he blocked me on Instagram never ordering from there again too bad cause it’s nice stuff but the worst management and customer relations I’ve ever dealt with should almost goto the BBB

Be careful purchasing here i ordered 350.00 worth of merchandise. Unfortunately I ordered to the wormg address. They were less than helpful and would not call canada post to stop shipment. I was told if the parcel is returned to them they will reship. I am 3 provinces away from where it was ordered. Close to tears. Will never order form you again

I ordered back in October 2020 2 bundles for my kids for Christmas. Received only 2 out of 5 shirts, 1of 2 the hoodies and 1 of the shirts were not what was showed or ordered
Have written several emails only to get an automated response or none at all.
Very disappointed !! This was a big special gift for my kids as I don’t have much income and had been saving up .
At least pay me back for items not shipped 😞

I’d give negative stars if I could. They’re thieves. Quick to take people’s money and disappear. I ordered in November and the only thing I’ve ever received is advertisements to buy more crap I’ll never see. Can’t even cancel because they don’t respond other than computer generated apologies. Might as well just flush your money at least you’ll know where it went

I ordered back in November the $100 shirt bundle, and the Cocaine and Caviar embroidered sweatshirt,for $100. Still haven't received my order can't even get a response on email.Will never do business with them again.

Absolutely do not order from this company. I cannot agree more with the other reviews. I placed an order in the beginning of November, received an email stating my order was delivered on January 2nd. When I opened the package only one sweatshirt was there (suppose to be 3 hoodies and 5 t shirts). I emailed and got no response. It says that everything in my order was delivered. I have emailed multiple times and have not heard a single word back. I have never been so disgusted with a company before. A $200 order that is completely missing.

I can't even say it's the absolute worst service I've ever received because I've emailed them 4 times with zero response. They truly are crooks. Their products aren't even good as they fade with ONE WASH. Not to mention it completely shrinks and looks like garage afterwards. If it wasn't for my teen loving the graphics and design, I wouldn't be buying any of this trash. I've tried to find a phone number to call but I can't or I can't see it. I've never been more upset with a company like this. You can be sure that I will never ever buy from this company ever again.

I ordered 7 items from them totaling a few hundred dollars I did recieve it in about 2 weeks but when it arrived I was missing one item but it was marked off of packing list like they put it in there. I contacted their email withing 10min after receiving it which was nov 16th it is now Jan 9th and I have yet got a response back. I have emailed them 3 times and never a response. Completely horrible customer service they don't mind taking your money but clearly have a problem giving you what you ordered or even making good on it
