While the styles are nice every crop doesnt sit flush and often i find my boobs will fall out from underneath , i feel like the crops suit small busted high chest boobs amd not wide set larger bust ladies

Gave into the hype after seeing other girls wearing it! Material is amazing quality, very flattering and chic. Used to be a hater of scrunch bums (on myself) but the Serenity ones are great. Note that the crops/sports bras are cut quite low so it looks pretty spicy if you wear it on its own. Contacting service via Instagram was a very good experience, got to me promptly and resolved all my issues and concerns.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer support team, particularly with Micaela, who went above and beyond to help me with an issue where I could not remove the marks on my shorts. The entire process was seamless, and Micaela made sure everything was handled perfectly, even marking my new order as high priority to ensure I received everything on time for my upcoming holiday.

Just received my order, and I can tell that I'm absolutely in LOVE with the items. The fabric is soft, yet resistant and provides excellent support, and the shorts and leggings really enhance your curves. You feel so comfortable in them.
Additionnally, the after-sales service is exceptional. I had a problem with fees at French customs, and they helped and accompanied me day after day to solve the problem in the most professional way possible. I have no hesitation in recommending the CSB brand and products.

Je viens de recevoir ma commande CSB, c'est une première pour moi et je dois dire que je suis sous le charme de la marque. La matière est douce, résistante et permets en plus de ça un excellent maintien et le short et leggings mettent vraiment en valeurs les formes. On se sent hyper à l'aise dedans.
De plus, le SAV est exceptionnel. J'ai eu un souci de frais à la douane française et ils m'ont aidé et accompagné jour après jour pour régler le problème de la manière la plus professionnelle qu'il soit. Je recommande sans hésiter la marque et les produits CSB.

The fit is awful and the material is so thin that even when I sized up you could see EVERYTHING…. possibly one of the worst activewear brands I have ever tried on.

If you are ordering a large amount to the U.K., they can send it by DHL which incurs a charge greater than 20% VAT. I was charged an extra 40% of my order for other DHL fees so just be mindful. I got in touch with customer service and one agent very kindly helped me resolve this as a one off. Customer service has been very hit and miss. Some of them are customer oriented and responsive, willing to go the extra mile, while others just don’t care and send you prewritten responses without reading your email and forget to respond. I would advise ordering in small amounts so you don’t end up with excess charges beyond VAT.

The tailoring is terrible, and the fabric quality is very poor. The fabric is super thin; it’s awful! Another brand with top-notch marketing but low-quality products.

Unfortunately I can’t respond to your answer to my review so I am editing my review in response: you never tried to reach me, and FYI if I didn’t return my order it’s because my sister cut all the paper, and obviously I couldn’t return it in this situation.Anyway It’s pretty bad to lie about your action just to make people think you customer service are fair.

The consistency with the fabrics and constant customer perfection is what keeps be coming back

I have consistently had positive experiences with CSB. The products are great quality and the one time I had the tiniest issue they went above and beyond to help me. I will continue to buy from this brand as I know its quality and they consistently bring out the most beautiful and flattering styles! Love love love!!

Worst activewear ever. Absolutely worst quality - plastic, cheap and smells so bad!
The second you take a step the the shorts ride up, the sweat comes through and the activewear smells like plastic.
This is another influencer scam!

My all time favourite activewear brand, I can’t stay away! The quality of the fabric is amazing, hugging your body in all the right ways and is so buttery. Just when you think they can’t do any better, they do with each drop.

Had a fantastic customer service experience from Nyari! She assisted me with my GC inquiry. Then I had another inquiry about my csb points. She kindly made me aware of how I had two accounts (AU & international) which explained why I see differences in csb points. Because it was a pleasant experience when she assisted me w/ my gift card inquiry, I was okay having less points. However, I’m so glad she went above and beyond. Ms Nyari allocated my AU points to my international account.

I don’t have social media anymore and currently keep updated with csb through emails and occasional site or app visits. so customer experience such as these are truly appreciated. Thank you.

I am from Canada and had some issues with duties and some additional questions and I must say CSB’s customer service has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is the clothing amazing but the employees at CSB truly make you feel cared for. I could not recommend this company enough.

The level of customer service is second to none and the experience is seamless without fail! The timeframe for exchanges and returns are reasonable, the team is flexible with exchanges and Aus standard shipping is still quite quick and efficient. One of the many aspects that makes CSB a standout brand is their ‘instant exchange’ this aspect just elevates the customer experience in my opinion.

I recently purchased a few things from the ‘A Day in the Life RD collection’ and one of them was the Yoga Pants in Blossom however CSB reached out & informed me that it had sold out after I’ve already checked out. The team was efficient and came to a resolution - not only did they give me a $30 CSB credit, they also offered a refund / exchange. I requested for an exchange for the Sleep Pants (as they were equal value) & as a bonus, I got gifted the Sleep Shirt so that I could have a set! As a result of this, I purchased the Tumbler with my $30 CSB gift card. Honestly what a stand out experience! I cannot be anymore grateful that an activewear brand that I consistently buy from is this generous! I need to give credit to the customer service - the level of support, care & attentiveness they provide to queries and customer feed back is genuine and never goes unnoticed. Thank you Micaela!

I LOVE the beautiful fits & buttery soft fabric. I always get so many compliments when I wear my CSB. Also, the customer service is always amazing & I love the returns system.

The crop tops are poor design quality. Don’t fit well and have tendency to slip up.

I have purchased from them 9 days ago, i have chased up several times customer service about my parcel but as i see there’s no update/notification or anything. On the day 3rd they ask me to send my payment proof. Again on the day 3rd i have sent that details snd they have confirmed my order will dispatch in 24 hours. 6 days later i still haven’t received anything and send several emails to chaise it but there was no reply.
I have sent last email a minute ago to cancel my order.
I hope they send refunds faster than their clothes.
I am really disappointed with this order.
Order now from that company if you want to wear their clothes next year or never!
