A very good company to deal with. Our parcel arrived torn and it seemed the goods had been previously opened. A phone call to the company dealt with the problem quickly and to our satisfaction.

I ordered the sun lounger, expecting it to take a few days to arrive, but it arrived 36 hours later!!! Excellent packaging as well. I shall certainly order from them again!!

I doubt I'd use them again. I ordered £100 worth of plants, when they finally arrived, one was almost dead, one didn't turn up, and they cancelled it. As a landscape gardener it was awkward to explain to my customer, and had to give them a discount. Not great business.

This was my first purchase from Crowders and everything went very smoothly, Thank you

The initial ordering experience with call centre went well and the lady with whom whom I placed my order was pleasant and friendly. I was informed that she would place my order with the nursery and they would contact me within a couple of days and advise on delivery. After a week went by and not hearing anything I contacted the call centre and left a message for Sarah that I hadn't heard anything more re my order. I received a reply from a gentleman who confirmed payment had been made and the order had been placed with nursery and I would be contacted re delivery date.

Again I awaited call and eventually sent an email followed up with a phone call when I spoke to Sarah who explained plant was expected into their stock from external supplier and she offered to hold plant until I returned from a trip to Scotland.

My beef was that I had to do the contacting and was disappointed that no initiative was taken by Crowders to keep we informed re reason for delay.

When I eventually received the plant I was very happy with it.

Arrived on time and item is exactly as described,.

Very pleased with my shrubs,arrived as stated and very well packed.

My plants took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked but when they did arrive they were in excellent condition :-)

Although slightly disappointed they were short if stock they made multiple efforts to contact me with options.
Follow up service one of the best I have experienced and once new order agreed , refund immediate and delivery in 24 hours.
