I love it! I am a fan of the SWOOP docs and was so excited to get my Petty University sweatshirt. It got here very quickly!

Shipping was very fast 😃 I made the purchase on December 19 and they shipped the next day. Perhaps they had immediate availability of that order. …but the thing is that it hasn't arrived to me yet 😫

Unfortunately, what I ordered was never delivered. Tracking the package still shows it was received in Orlando on 12/10/23 so it’s likely lost in the mail. When I contacted Crowdmade, the response was polite, but no effort was put forth to resolve this issue, whether it be a refund, a new order, or a redirect of who else to contact. I understand that they don’t have any control of shipping once the transaction is complete. This just left me disappointed, as the stickers were stocking stuffers.

Received my order promptly and in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend.

Fabric quality did not match the price. The vintage wash fabric was stiff and rough. The mint green fabric inner side pilled everywhere. Overall the designs were cute but I’m disappointed with the fabric

Ordered a small item trying to support Camping with Steve. Order placed Aug 11 2023. Never arrived. Emailed customer service. They resent the order. Same thing Made it to somewhere in Eastern Canada then stopped / disappeared, tracking ended on DHL. It is now Dec 4 2023. Still not received my item (beer coolie). Crowdmade has yet to correct the issue. Does not seem like it should be a hard thing to ship out.

The stickers I ordered look great!
This review would be five stars except that my sticker sheets arrived with several bends in them because there was nothing to give them a bit LESS flexibility during transit.

I purchased kiss-cut stickers where some of the characters were gray with black penciling. The advertised sample image showed accurate color depth - it was as if someone copy/pasted the character design onto the back of a laptop. Unfortunately, it would seem Crowdmade's sticker printers have a color depth worse than my old Gameboy. The gray characters are now solid masses of black, with all penciled details lost to the void. Nearly every other color in the design is also a slightly different shade than advertised (far less of an issue, but a symptom of the same problem).
Unless approached with a deal I simply cannot refuse, I'll be keeping the stickers; this was, after all, more of a donation to the creator than the purchase of a product. That doesn't really change the fact that my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

Sucks that it was reduced in price right after I answered an email selling it. Lesson learned.

The mug is as pictured, shipping was quick, item is high quality. I would buy again.

Ordered three items, each has shipped separately. The two items first to arrive have been greatly disappointing. The sticker I purchased is half of the size stated in the product description. The hat I purchased is sized for a child. I’ve never bought a hat that didn’t come down the sides of my head to my ears, the material is also extremely thin. I will not purchase anything further from crowdmade due to this experience.

Sweatshirt is wonderful and great quality, also I received the hoodie well within the stated delivery date.

Ordered a hoodie from Crowdmade for a birthday present. Item wasn't dispatched within alloted time so contacted them and they advised item would be shipped soon.

Then recieved an email a week later informing me the item wasn't in stock anymore and my money was refunded. Completely unacceptable from Crowdmade.

Came fast, well packaged and local in Hayward! Will see if right to use for my org.

Placed order 7th September 2023, still waiting!! Have emailed and received email to say they would look into my order, still waiting for a reply........
