Order was shipped on Aug. 28 2023. Today is Sept. 5 2023 and I haven’t received order/package yet. Package has been in Kentucky for days now and not moving!

Now I haven't worn the Varsity Jacket yet (I got it to wear come the fall) but I can say that the quality of the jack once I received it today was good. It doesn't give the impression of something cheaply made, there are no issues with seams or anything. Best of all it arrived quickly. I ordered this jacket for myself as a Birthday present and received it a week later! Definitely worth the 5 star rating and I will probably order again

Good quality material very comfortable to wear

Website was easy to navigate and order from. Proper updates about the status of my package were emailed nicely. Delivery was damage free!

I do feel like the tracking info could be more accurate and in real time, but that’s not y’all’s fault.
Love my stuff and it got here relatively quickly!

I placed an order for some merch and it was shipped quickly except I transposed two numbers on my address (new home) and it was returned to Crowdmade. So sad but as soon as Crowdmade received it they contacted me ASAP to fix the issue and send it right back. Amazing products! Definitely shopping again soon.

i ordered a t-shirt from the jacknjellify store here, and i am incredibly impressed with the way it was handled!!! it shipped much earlier than expected and arrived early as well!!! the shirt was the exact color and size i ordered, and the print is fantastic, overall i am super satisfied with the shirt i got and will most likely be making purchases here again!!

I did not get the packages, it was returned to the sender.

Camping With Steve gear couldn't possibly warrant less than 5 stars

Expect custom fees when you order, on my order of 50€ it was 16€. Crowmade don’t tell this to his customer and predict it’s ‘free’ shipping is cheap.

The company told me they couldn't fix the shipping address 4 weeks before the item was in the mail. I contacted them several weeks before the even shipping label was produced, after months of waiting for the item, and moving. They said that there was nothing and they could do, shipped the item to nowhere, waited for it to be returned, and then only refunded part of the order.

Any company can adjust an order. They lost money, I lost money, the Creator lost money. I would highly recommend using a different company for producing and buying products.

Absolutely zero functional infrastructure for a company whose main service is infrastructure to produce items for others.

I did the mistake of watching a youtube video which creator is using Crowdmade services to sell their custom products, and now I am getting disruptive overlay youtube ads for said product every 10 minutes regardless of what I am watching.

No, am definitely not interested in becoming a customer when having to deal with this crap.

These guys did an awesome job for us, they had very nice shirts the next day and had our artwork printed on them the next in high quality within a couple of days. Joe was very helpful at every step. I will definitely use them again.

AWFUL SITE, STAY AWAY FROM IT

Bought a hoodie for 60$ and almost a month later its finally nearly here but i have to pay toll fee thats 20$!
Customer support on their site is useless too.
Shady company that should be shut down.

Definitely ripoff artists. Don't buy anything from these cheats. Ordered a Merrie Christes Maesee sweatshirt on Nov. 26 2022. We were charged immediately of course but of course are still waiting. At this point don't expect to ever receive this item or get my money back, based on reviews I've now read. Wish I had checked first. Can't get through on phone, tried email. Don't really expect it will do any good.

So, I bought a Tasting History w/Max Miller sweatshirt to support him. I ordered it Dec. 3, 2022 and it was a “A Limited Edition Campaign item and was one that had a countdown timer on the order page.” “Please note that production of these items begins when the campaign ends and generally takes 7-10 business days.” The campaign ended around the end of December. We are now at the 22nd. I want to be patient, but how much longer should I wait? Crowdmade makes it impossible to get in touch, really. I just want what I paid for and I find it hard to believe that Max Miller would be part of a company that is negligent or irresponsible. Any thoughts or guidance? I’ve contacted Crowdmade through their confirmation email and I am awaiting a response. I hope that I am able to post a positive update/review. Thank you!

Ordered items for two items (clothes) from an artist with a value from approx 60,- $ + package 18,- $. So I paid in total 78,- $ already. Besides waiting for 1 month - hello, I’m in EU, not Russia or China, now they charge another 15,- € to get the items from my post office. I told them that I wouldn‘t had ordered if I knew package was half of the order value. No response at all, the customer service does not exist. What a shady company, never again!
