exactly what I needed for audio field recording

Perfect size for a MacBook Air - very compact & lightweight.

Love the zip pouch on the back for easy access to documents on the go; the interior padded laptop stowage with the 3 decent sized pouches in front for storing cables; accessories etc.; the comfortable adjustable padded shoulder strap; the secure but easy to lock/open front fasteners.

Great item, inexpensive for such sound quality. delivered within 3 days to my door from outside the UK. perfect.

crumpler were excellent kept me informed about delivery and postage dates. and the bag is great

I'm on bag two or three from Crumpler. I have a camera bag that I've owned for years and it's amazing! So when shopping for a new do it all work laptop bag I didn't hesitate in going down the Crumpler route once again.

I bought a Directors Cut M laptop bag. It arrived fairly quickly and I began using every day. I was happy.

One day the zip to the main laptop compartment broke. I have only had the bag around three months at this stage. It's ok I thought. They have a 5 year warranty. I'm sure I can get this sorted!

To date I have emailed around 6 time and called twice leaving voicemails. No response at all! Not even an automated email response.

This simply isn't good enough considering the high price tags of their products.

Very good quality product, arrived quickly and was as advertised. They take PayPal so the pay-in-three option came in handy to spread the cost of what is quite an expensive bag.
I did send a question which got no reply hence the star being knocked off.

I have had many Crumplers over the years, I love them, bright colours and great designs. They fitted my every need perfectly, plus, started in Melbourne where I lived as a kid. However the quality in making the bags has sadly gone downhill. I bought a Light Delight 6000 for a holiday in Dubai, first time out all the stitching in the front pocket came away. I will use it for work but I cannot use it for leisure and I will sadly look elsewhere for my next bag. I contacted Crumpler EU but as I bought from them online I forgot to download the receipt and I cannot prove I bought it less than 12 months ago. Oh well.

Great quality item, as expected.

(1) Efficient delivery and good products
(2) Would like to buy more, but customer service is non existent, no reply to emails, phone never answered etc.
(3) Very disappointed with UK shop as there is no way to pay in euros.

Great bags as usual. Easy to place an order. Delivery times are getting worse though but that’s not surprising as the products are shipped from Germany.

I still haven’t received my goods/ refund nor is crumpler responding to my emails. Shocking service.

My last Crumpler product lasted 18 years. I mean it still works ok, but now has only one working zip on a double zip and is looking a little dirty after 18 years of jetting around the world everywhere with me. I figured it was time for a new bag and a new look. I'm just as impressed 18 years later with the quality.

Great service and a great bag, well made and the perfect size for conferences.

Very happy with the bag and the delivery. A good experience all round.
