one of the worst experiences i have had…

one of the worst experiences i have had from a shop put a PayPal order through because if you use a card after cvc they ask for zip which dosnt work for uk so i got an agent sending me a link he was rude had no idea and it said to try again usually it bypasses the zip NOPE!! no help at all tried to speak to another agent he was worst of all both of them ignored me completely eventually way a comp[any like crunchyroll what the hell is going on they employees need fired and the wensite needs fixed am still lost for words WOOOW MAN!!!!
