The customer service is excellent i had a problem and it was sorted out so quickly

Beware - won’t let you return!

On the website it states “hassle free returns” unfortunately this is not the case.

The dress itself is fine but just not for me. Alarm bells when you can’t just return through the website, you have to email them and ‘ask’ to return.

First I got offered a second item for free. No thank you, I’d like a refund.

Second email offered me 50% refund and keep the item. No thank you, I’d like to return for a refund.

Third email offered me 75% refund and keep the item and warned if I was to return it has to go back to their warehouse, be inspected and this would take weeks….

I’ve gone back saying I feel I’ve been misled by their website and would never have ordered if I’d known. I’m therefore warning others now! I still want to return for a refund more out of principle now. I really don’t think I’d ever wear the dress. I worried about returning it at this point and whether I’d actually get a refund but will see…

I ordered a mid length long sleeve dress in a medium, it arrived quick enought beautiful dress fabric so soft I would be a 10/12 UK in dresses and it was to big I contacted their customer service who were a dream to deal with and they gave a speedy response and solutions, so I have reordered in a small just awaiting delivery, so if u are ordering i would size down for a more fitted look as I am a larger brested lady to keep the girls in place, looking forward to my order arriving. I know I will definitely be ordering more. If your on the fence about ordering jump over and do it you won't regret it.

Absolutely perfect and I found it true to size. The inbuilt shapewear makes you feel comfortable if you’re a curvy gal like me. Everyone commented how nice the dress was and I found it perfect to dress up or down

I bought 3 gorgeous bodies and one of their dresses. They all fit lovely and really ‘pull me in’ where I need it! You can feel the material is really strong and good quality and so comfortable to wear…the items arrived fast too…very very happy!

I can highly recommend Crvy customer service. I had an issue with my order and it has been quickly and efficiently handled by Joy.
Delivery times are relatively quick, and within the time stated at point of order.
Overall, I've had a good experience with this company.

I bought both the long and short version of the dress. The ling one for me is better than the short one. I immediately sent an email to the help team asking for a return. 3 emails later im still no further forward. 1st email was offer of an exchange, 2nd email was a gift voucher for Crvy with an extra £10 added on top, 3rd email i can keep the dress and they'll give me a 50% refund. Why is it so difficult to get a full refund??

Great customer service. Ordered two items in the same size, one fit beautifully the other was way too short in the body. I mentioned this in the feedback and they were quick to reach out and resolve with a replacement of my choice

Product (Shapewear dress) exactly as described, Great quality

Put in an order but couldn’t find any email to confirm- I emailed customer service and they responded within an hour ! They were able to confirm my order and that it had already been dispatched. Exactly what you want from a company. Responsive and more than happy to help- that’s enough to make me a loyal costumer ! 10/10

Great customer care , unfortunately the dresses did not suit me , they offered other choices but I just wanted a refund which they did honour .
I should have tried a much smaller size but I did find the under garment for me a bit too much . Great dress if you can handle having shape wear which is not for me .

Received one of their dresses. The fabric was so soft but a little snug so I reached out to their customer support to return. Joy replied almost immediately and offered an alternative with no extra cost.
It’s so refreshing to experience such care. Highly recommend.

Lovely products and Amazing customer service .
I ordered 2 body suits and they are amazing they do exactly what i wanted them too, unfortunately the dress i ordered had a fault on the strap. I emailed crvy and they were very quick to reply , they arranged to send a new one out free of charge, and even gave me the option of a different style if I wanted. Shout out to joy who lived up to their name for dealing with this so professionally.
Would 100%recommend this brand for service and there products.

I am so impressed ! The help I have received from Joy is the best! I had a couple of body suits to swap back, as the thong style wasnt for me. I sent a couple of photos and Joy arranged the rest.
I now have a black, blue, stone, with and without sleeves, and am waiting on two dresses to arrive. The bodysuits have definitely given me a smoother look, so comfy, and provide the bra support.
Dont be scared to size down, it is still very comfy and does a great job.
I am sure you will all enjoy CRVY shapewear as I am, and if you need support then the online team provide same day replies. Cant fault them, and big thank you to Joy .

I bought an item from CRVY and unfortunately the item was not suitable for me and so emailed customer service to arrange a return. The communication from the customer service department was of the highest standards I have ever come across. Such quick responses and the most friendliest and compassionate representative I have had to deal with. They showed understanding towards my concern and gave offer of a solution without any question. I would honestly recommend to anyone thinking of making a purchase, to please do so. Although the item wasn’t suitable for me, the quality of the item was still excellent. I would certainly look to repurchase other clothing items from CRVY in the future and would like to give a huge thanks to the customer service support team 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The dress quality is really good and the customer service is amazing! I ordered a dress which I really loved, my partner commented on how good it look but it was slightly too big! I emailed to say I wanted to return but they shipped a smaller new dress out pretty much instantly and asked me to donate the other one or give it to someone else! I went on to order two more as the quality was really good and I am a huge advocate of supporting businesses like this! 10/10

My first order, I wasn't happy. Didn't give me the affect as advertised. But with the help of customer support this was quickly rectified

I have to admit, I was initially worried about poor-quality Chinese junk. I'm glad I ordered it anyway! The dresses fit beautifully, are of good quality, and last a long time. I've placed several orders now and am very satisfied. Shipping sometimes takes a while, but the service is truly excellent! I definitely recommend it :)
