I ordered a shirt on October 24, 2024. I haven’t received the item yet and haven’t received a response on if it had shipped or not. The order number is CTZ613398, I’m starting to think this was a scam, and maybe I need to report this to my credit card if I don’t hear anything back by Friday November 8,2024.

I had ordered two different T shirts…
I had ordered two different T shirts from
Cryptizen. I was a Robert Plant shirt
that had the picture of his Now and Zen
album/cd picture on the front and more on the back- Then the 2nd one was from Robert Plant’s Manic Nirvana T shirt. Now the shirts aren’t cotton but a Rayon- like very thin silk which the colors were very good. Now my shirt size has been a xxl which fits just right.
Well the problem was after trying one on it was way too big I contacted Cryptizen to let them know and asked them how could I do an exchange and the other shirt too for a size smaller.
Now they never responded back to me even after 3-5 times. Now I had already had made an order for 3 more of their T shirts that hadn’t shipped yet and now I already paid for the new 3 shirts price $97 including any tax or shipping- for $28 dollars per shirt- so that’s 5 t shirts that I wouldn’t be able to wear. Now it’s too wide as well especially width wise and I just forgot about the length/ I am 5’11 tall and 185 pounds. Now I didn’t want to leave a negative review- well it’s just about the size and and no response about exchanging them. I didn’t complain about it being a thin rayon probably because the colors were brilliant on the Now and Zen shirt I took out. I hope they will do the right thing and do an exchange and wonder about my other 3 shirts I had ordered at that price of $97 plus the other two at $66 dollars

Bad quality boot legs shirts
This is a terrible store selling knockoffs and cheap quality shirts . The make it look legit but it’s all bootlegs and the worst kind. There are some good bootlegs but these were pretty bad . Don’t waste your time and get your money back !

As I told them about what happened . I got the first package when I was away. Ordered a second order . When I got home the 2nd package arrived. I did email them but it was a standard response . I did recently emailed them pics . Tags? What tags? Just the tag with the size . Very disappointed that they would respond now saying I never replied back. Either ways the qualities are not what you see on the pictures .
