4 days ago, I deposited 30 USDC to exchange for XMR. Unfortunately, I am unable to set up two-factor authentication, which is required FOR ANY OPERATIONS ON THE SITE. After 6 attempts to contact support, the only thing I learned was that it's not their problem. The issue is clearly on their end. Other emails from Cryptomus reach me, but only the email codes for setting up two-factor authentication do not.

I contacted their support on the payment page for the first time because my payment didn't count as complete despite having more than required confirmations
But their support told me that i already got my answer and i should not contact them again because it slows down their work then left the chat !
Upd : i contact their support on telegram and they fixed the issue but I'm still unhappy about their rude support on the payment page

I successfully verified my identity and opened an account with Cryptomus to accept cryptocurrency payments on my website. I previously withdrew over $3,000 without any problems.
But now I have $700 stuck in my account and I can't access it to withdraw the funds.
When I contacted support, they informed me that my country (Tunisia) is not supported. I requested to withdraw my remaining funds, but they refused. This is theft.
I demand a resolution—either grant me access to withdraw my money or provide a valid explanation for withholding it.

I Use cryptomus for receive money for business account like merchant. I have legal registered business. Cryptomus is holding our merchants cryptocurrency.
I do not use Cryptomys for trading and P2P exchanges, but only accept cryptocurrencies from our clients. Cryptomus requests KYC from us as a merchant in order to withdraw cryptocurrencies. We can easily pass KYC, but Cryptomus does not allow us to do this!

I was informed that the refund would be completed within 5 business days. This should happen around April 4. If I receive a refund, I will only be happy to correct this review and show that Cryptomus is really friendly towards its customers.

I really gave up on you, the project is completely finished and this is the third time they reject me. Voices that are so focused on potential clients don't think about people who are just starting out. I lost a client and left unsatisfied because I don't even know the reason so I can find a way.They only think about big companies.

I used the service for several years, there were no problems, the turnover is about $10,000 per month, and then suddenly without any messages, I monitor my mail and other communication methods every day, they freeze access to funds and ask for KYC, and my region Ukraine is blocked and $10,000 too. That is, it's normal if you ask for kyc, but like the same Binance, you give it for withdrawal for at least a few weeks, and so I had to look for fake people, risk the company's funds, due to the negligence and complete irresponsibility of Cryptomus. I deleted my account, and I advise everyone to do it!

While Cryptomus has a sleek and user-friendly interface, their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I've had to wait for hours with no updates or explanations, and basic issues remain unresolved for far too long. This level of service is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of better alternatives out there, and I would highly recommend exploring them instead.
