I loved the glass awards as well as the artwork. I loved the packaging, and the presentation. The only thing I ask next time is that you include the cleaning gloves.

Crystal Images has excellent customer service. They were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. They delivered as promised with a great product. Our team was extremely happy with the cowboy boot trophies. They also delivered to the location as promised with no broken parts and on time. They also listened to us to reduce their packaging to help save the environment. Excellent. I would use Crystal Images again.

I wanted to have a glass pane etched/frosted. It would be a 1st wedding anniversary gift to my daughter and her husband. The pane was from an original sash to their newly purchased home that was built in the 40's. My plan was to have their wedding logo/crest etched into one pane of the 6 pane sash and the remaining panes would be for pictures. Kind of a Jojo chip decorative thing. I live in RI and found Crystal Images web site inviting. It is said that business goes where it is invited, and stays where it is welcome. When I reached out to Crystal Images via email I received a response within hours. I sent my pane to them and have received it back. Great communication, beautiful work, fair price, well packaged, and timely delivery. I will stay with Crystal Images! Thank You!!!!!

Crystal Images delivered a flawless crystal plaque in record time. The process from beginning to end was effortless and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

They are courteous, helpful, and honest. All my questions were answered no matter how many times I asked the same thing. Working from a committee I did not always have all the questions I needed to ask, yet each time I called they were always pleasant. The product was exactly as described and arrived exactly when we were told it would be there. You cannot ask for much more than that.

Only giving two stars because the one customer service agent was very rude on the phone. I had two or three phone calls to inquire about something and each time she acted like I was asking for the world on a silver platter.

The turnaround time was exceptional and even the last minute mishap with one of our plagues. The plagues looked amazing and everyone was very impressed with the quality of work that you provided.

I have to say, I usually don't write many reviews that are longer than a few words. I felt that my experience with Crystal Images was so good that I had to say more than usual. From my first email inquiring if they could do a custom job for me, to picking up the finished piece was an outstanding experience! They do great work, especially custom requests! I had called several places before calling CI just because they were closer to my house. At least 4 other shops couldn't tell me if they had the capabilities to do what I needed. I will never go to another shop, customer for life! I'm actually going to call now to see if they can help me again on a custom job.
