The folks at Crystal Images were so pleasant and helpful when I talked to them about a gift I was looking for. They created just what I wanted and got it to me in a very favorable timeframe. They even suggested a way to reduce the shipping cost. The recipient and I were completely pleased!

While the awards themselves are very nice, the communication is somewhat lacking. All emails go to a common address and one line responses are all I received. I had to send multiple emails requesting detailed information and would still only receive one-line answers each time. Also, I was disappointed that you are charged for the samples even when placing a large order. Most other companies are willing to provide a free sample.
