Love the product I purchased. What made my experience so positive was that in addition to competitive pricing, the engraving proof the designers sent showed that the CrystalPlus people really want their customers to be satisfied with the final product. It felt like a personal shopping experience, even though it was all done online. I haven't had this kind of shopping experience online before. 5 stars to prices, products, and service. CrystalPlus has a wide variety of awards that can be customized. I appreciated the fact that we had the opportunity to make up to 3 changes before we started getting an additional charge. The web site was great however the graphics review section is a bit limited as far as direction and how to articulate the changes that are needed. I ended up calling for assistance and the representative was somewhat helpful but was able to call someone else to get the direction that we needed. The font size can be adjusted slightly but there is no clear direction on that unless you call. I would probably use them again as the finished product turned out wonderful.

Not just extremely quick service but excellent workmanship as well! The plaques came out fantastically.

I ordered a vase with special engraving and was in need of rush delivery. I contacted customer service via chat to ensure that my order would be complete in my needed time frame, and not only were they helpful and friendly, but they gave me realistic expectations and deadlines in order to meet my needs. The final product was absolutely beautiful and perfect (they mastered our company logo) and arrived in record time.

First, the Globe Tower 101003 Large does not have a globe on top, it is a half globe. So only shows the Americas, the rest of the world is missing. For a Globe award that's misleading.
The Apex Global Award 102293 came with no globe on top as it was shown on the picture. The picture not only was online but on all the emails confirming the order.
The 3rd was perfect and the quality of the products is great, that's why I gave them 2 starts instead of just one.

I was not provided with font choices and the finished product has a scratch on it from the engraving. I expected more for the price.

They made the ordering experience very easy for me. The product looks better than I expected.

The finished product was even more beautiful than I expected.
