The website was easy to use and the product arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a fluted vase with engraving. The vase was substantial and of high quality. The engraving was laid out well. I would definitely order again from this company.

The company was extremely quick in processing the order despite a change I had to make. The glasses are gorgeous and the etched monogram looks like part of the glasses. It is a gift for someone but it could not look better.

Ordered a lovely Lenox vase, personalized as a gift for a retiring colleague. The order process was efficient, the delivery prompt and the result perfect all at a very good price.

The customer service was really good. They quickly answered my questions and worked with me to get our company logo added.

I was pleasantly surprised by the proofing, engraving, and shipping speed.

I needed several awards by a specific date and the customer service rep that I "chatted" with was very helpful. Everything arrived on time and we were very happy with how they turned out. Will use them again for sure when we have the need.

Easy to order and customize plaque using computer. Very good follow-up email communication and telephone throughout the process. Product produced quickly and accurately and shipped within a few days. The product quality was good but I think priced a little high. Also the shipping cost was very high for non-priority shipping. Unsure if I will buy again due to the cost but otherwise very pleased with the experience.

This was the easiest ordering and personalizing I have ever done. And the vase is absolutely Gorgeous! I told my boss I want to retire just so that I can get one myself. Thank you!

Great service, quick response to my needs, and a fantastic finished product. I had several glasses engraved. The webssite was easy to manage and use to design my items and they arrived on time as expected. I've had items engraved at other sites before, but not as good quality and service. I would definitely use them again.
