csgoroll was always number1 for me and always stayed like that in the back of my mind, but thten it got taken down in my country and i couldnt play it, then it came back not to long ago but with kyc, i verified myself i put in some skins but i had to wait for a week, i deposited from card because i couldnt wait XD and i played i lost, thats it all is fine, another day i try to login says banned, i write to support why this must be a misunderstanding and they kept saying false verification someone elses id, 3rd party etc. i couldnt believe that a site this big could just do this and rob me of my skins, i kept complaining and sometimes they would even ignore me, this was probably the worst experience i had.

This site used to be the best gambling site for CS skins.
Unfortunately, they decided to move away from that and focus solely on profit.
Loyal “customers” like me, who have been playing on the site for many years and invested 100,000k into it, were punished with an update that completely destroyed the daily frees after 30 days.
On top of that, they call loyal customers “leechers.”
After all these years, I had my account banned (LVL 104) and would recommend everyone else do the same.
But to say something positive—the live chat was helpful when there were problems.
Unfortunately, that’s not enough to keep people who’ve gambled away a lot of money here loyal to the site.

Daily cases and progression rewards changes were planned and communicated, and they were not intended to mislead users or devalue progression. Our new rewards system is built in a way to reward more to our active users, often paying out more than what they received with the previous system.
With the new rewards system, Ascension was added to ensure progression does not stall at higher levels. Even once you reach a high level, ascension allows you to continue earning rewards and upgrading benefits, keeping progression ongoing rather than capped.
It’s fair to dislike changes, but the intent of these updates is to create a more sustainable and continuous progression system over time.

The recent update changed how progression and rewards work on the platform. The previous daily system was replaced with the new opens based rewards system together with Ascension, which allows progression to continue beyond high levels instead of getting stuck at high levels.
The goal was to move rewards toward ongoing activity rather than one-time level milestones. While it’s fair to dislike the direction, the new system is actually more rewarding for the active users.

The new reward system is so unfair and doesnt even feel like the picklock is the % it says , since its so hard to actually gain rewards , atleast make dailys in chips and make ascension in Chips it would be a nice balance since we got cooked so badly with the new reward system , its crazy that after 10mil waggered ascension is 3800 coins not even chips , so sad what the site became.

To clarify further on your other points, Pick locking is a % chance at base but can also be increased with your Ascension points. Instead of only pushing toward a large XP milestone, you can choose to ascend and reset your rank progression - instead of lock picking - while keeping all your previously unlocked perks.
Daily Rewards have always been in coins, and will remain in the same. The reason the ascension bonus is in coins as well is due to the previously played games majority will be in coins therefore the balance needs to be paid in the same, as coins cannot be exchanged for chips.

Sad that it has come to this...
Site removed the whole loyalty program and is blaming the users for being "leaches" even though players like me have spent over $500,000 over the last 10 years (only about $25,000 claimed in daily cases) to get to the level I was before this recent "update".
I have been chat banned and removed from the discord for saying I don't like this update and many other have been as well.
Don't waste a dime on this site, it truly is not worth it. Even if they were to roll back the old version the trust is already gone IMO.
