Getting the insurance set up was absolutely trouble free. Knowledgeable staff no problems whatsoever.

Unfortunately we had to cancel a £7000 cruise at the last minute because of a cancer diagnosis. Our initial contact was efficient and helpful, explaining the information we needed to provide and the form to complete.
After submission by email on Monday evening, we had a response within 2 days, stating that our full claim (less £75 excess per person) would be payed within 5 working days. It was in our bank account two days later. This is amazing service. No quibble, just help when we needed it most.

I couldn’t open the e-mail about the insurance and even though it’s not their normal way of working they posted me a copy of my insurance

The whole process was very efficient. There wasn’t the long waiting time for my call being answered as I have encountered with other providers and I was taken through the whole process, including NFOP membership, in a clear and concise manner.

I emailed a travel insurance application form, there being no facility to purchase it online. I followed up with a phone call 2 days later as it was quite urgent. They could not find my email but said I could arrange it over the phone.

I was transferred to Amy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was arranged quickly and I received an email with all the details a few minutes after the call.

We took out this policy as no medical questionnaire involved which simplified the travel insurance process greatly and next year's renewal should be equally straightforward. The worldwide policy matches that used previously without all the medical questionnaire hassle.

I have been a member of NARPO for a number of years now but never used any of their services. When my travel insurance was due I went on to their web site and 20 minutes later I had signed up and was extremely happy with my policy. The whole process was easy and straight forward to follow. DEFFINITELY worth having a look if you’re considering travel insurance. I will also be giving it a look when my car insurance is due later in the year.
