Superb company and service every time! Bought windows in 2017 for the whole house with a 10 year warranty. As promised, they deliver excellent quality and customer service every time. I've called them several times over the last six years, each time they have provided me with top 5 star service. I cannot fault them. The engineers are alway helpful and polite. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting windows, you won't regret it. Many thanks.

I have been looking to get a few prices for new windows and doors for a couple of months and had a few companys out in the past week or so but no one compared to Csj everything that the young lad telt me at the door what they do as a company was matched by the salesmen when they came out was no longer in the house for over 45mins to give us a price was straight forward to the point and there price was more than affordable and also gave us the chance to think about it that's the main reason why we went with CSJ as we didnt feel pressured into taking business with them. I would highly recommend as it's a quick process with good prices and good quality.

Recently been visited of CSJ, Mark chapped my door, asking how my windows and door where getting on, as recently had a few windows and door fitted earlier this year, joiners where cheery and friendly and put my mind at ease when I was installed, mark asked me if I was needing any more work done for the start of next year, I agreed to get my patio doors changed to French doors! Gavin came in and was impressed with his banter and non salesmen type approach! Would highly recommend CSJ such a well run company

Absolute vile disgusting behaviour from salespeople, luckily never approached my home as i would have probably knee capped him. Person driving a blue kia sportage parked across my drive way and when appriached hurled a mouthful of obscenity towards me with a constant barrage of 4 letter vocabulary. If this company approach there business in this fashion i would avoid like the plague.

I am returning customer of CSJ finally got round to getting the back of the house done, once again I wasn’t let down at all my windows and doors spot on, service is 100% if it wasn’t for young Jamie chapping my door( and big Stephen with his great advice) to prompt me to get it done for winter I’d probably still sat here moaning about drafty windows. These guys will not let you down for service and quality

Stay clear of this cowboy outfit,Built our conservatory which leaked from day one,after numerous call-outs we were left with a roof which when raining continued to drip water,Guarantees are usless when original company went bust,they then registered another company but kept the csj logos and directors refused to return calls/emails. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Just had a new back door fitted by CJS and some snagging done on a previously fitted front door. The doors are excellent and the workmanship by Bryan and Jock (Team 3) ... two very pleasant guys ... is first-rate. My wife and I are more than happy to recommend them.

I had 8 windows replaced and I am 100% satisfied with the result. Everything from enquiry to installation exactly as planned. The highly skilled installation team did a super job leaving a neat clean professional finish. Very happy with the quality of the windows and finish.

The bay window quote I felt was expensive and everyone’s chin hit the floor when I said the cost.
However, somehow I trusted Gavin and as it happens the job completed just this morning is lovely. Very pleased. Team one (as described) were excellent. On the dot at 8am finished by 12. No mess no fuss just honest hard graft. Clearly professional in their manner and craft. Of course early days and I pray they are good for condensation prevention and heat retention come winter, as this was my reason for renewing. Grand job so far so very good.

The service Csj provide is amazing, from the politeness, professionalism and the service overall is 100. My conservatory and windows look brand new they are sparkling!!! I would highly recommend their service. I had my drains cleaned too, overall extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you so much

This is the first time I have used CSJ and I was most impressed with the professionalism of this company. I had a door fitted and the carpenters who fitted it were very efficient. This is a company I will use again

I've used CSJ on four separate contracts since 2015 for windows, exit doors and wall cladding. The quality of the products and the finish achieved by their tradesmen is invariably superb.
Added to that, whether it's the sales/survey staff or the installation teams, they are extremely pleasant to deal with.

Salesman with CSJ jumper rang the doorbell and had his back to the door and took a good few seconds before he turned around to acknowledge me. Instead of introducing himself he asked to speak to the 'boss of the house'. He had quite a rude attitude and given that I'm female I got the impression he was looking to speak to a man instead. I asked who he was and what it was regarding and he said he was a joiner. He seemed quite cagey so pressed him further on this. He said he's doing work next door and was giving quotes to neighbours. I explained we rent so wouldn't be able to discuss anyway. He then asks if next door rents too, given that he had previously claimed he was working on their house this was clearly a lie. Very dodgy, rude demeanour and seemed like a scam. Seems like other negative reviews have had similar interactions.

From start to finish this company has been first class.

At first I was reluctant, given the cost of fitting new windows to the entire house. David in sales was completely understanding and did not push me into a sale there and then. He advised trying out getting a new door at first. We had this done in January and we were delighted with the outcome. After a few more weeks thought we decided to do all the windows at the start of February. We were scheduled in for as soon as march.

The work was completed this week by George, John and apprentice Adam (Ringo 🤣). I can't fault the guys one but. Proper professionals who got on with it and no complaints. I even asked if they could seal a part of a window that was recently done by a local company. It had began to crack and they happily did this for me!

If you are worrying about going for this company I'd urge you to at least give them a try. The payment plans are very manageable also.

Right from the door salesman gauging interest at the start (who's name I've forgot) to David in sales, to the surveyor, installation manager guys on site and people in the office. I don't have a single bad word about any of them!

This is how home improvement works should be done.

Efficient, highly knowledgeable, totally professional and a really friendly team. CSJ impressed us from the start and have finished the work on time, to the high standards they promised. No hidden extras, great communication and honest advice throughout the project. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

We've had CSJ knock our door a few times in the last two years trying to sell windows and doors, and we finally caved last year. We purchased a front door, assured to be high quality and secure. The total cost was over £2k, which we've later found is overpriced for the type of door we have, but at least it was installed promptly and fixed the issues we had before.

A year later, the locking mechanism on the door has become so stiff that it is a real struggle to lock it. CSJ have a single engineer who can carry out repairs apparently, which has led to us waiting longer than necessary to get a broken door fixed. I'm now very skeptical that this door will last as long as what was stated before too.

In sum, if they knock on your door, turn them away. I wish I did.

Update a month later: lodged a complaint, they did respond and got the engineer sent out, who promptly said he needed a new part and left. That was 2 weeks ago, no update since. Seriously, don't bother with these.
