While the name has changed from ComputerSalg to CS MEGASTORE, it is still the same webshop, the same team, and the same service. With more than 2.8 million products, you can find everything from electronics and IT to home appliances, home & living, beauty, sports, office supplies, books, and much more.

What started as a small local store focused on computers and software has grown into a true megastore with MEGA amounts of tech, MEGA amounts of beauty, MEGA amounts for everyday life – and everything in between. The name change to CS MEGASTORE is a natural next step and better reflects the scale and variety we offer today.

From our modern 10,000 m² warehouse in Ringsted, Denmark, we process more than 90,000 orders every month. We continuously work on improving our logistics and packaging processes to ensure fast delivery and a reliable shopping experience.

Charged extra for home delivery but parcel sent to collection point

I ordered a Hisense product: WZXX90_BEW001_000 for a home delivery. I paid extra for home delivery through Budbee, however, my purchased item was sent to collection point for DHL. When I contacted computersalg.se customer service to complain regarding why was I charged extra for home delivery when the product was sent to collection point, then they never responded back.

Fake Mont Blanc Legend

I bought mont blanc legend edt from this store. I can touch my tonge and earth, this perfume is fake. I bought it to replace the one I had and I can confidently say it smells nothing like what I know. It also does not last longer than 30 minutes. For the price they sold it to me, I should have known this is a fake perfume. Almost half the price of how much it is sold in other shops. Unluckly for me, I bought the spirit for my friend as well and he says it does not last. They say if the price is too good to be true, it is probably fake. Buyer be aware

I'm really impressed for good with the…

I'm really impressed for good with the quality, support and delivery.
Perhaps due the complexity of my order, since I'e ordered some old stuff and the need to check with another warehouse , we were expecting an additional delay. But In the end they managed to ship in time and I'm very satisfied with the product.
Certainly I will buy again from the Computer Salg!

Delivery takes a few days more than…

Delivery takes a few days more than estimated but is OK to me. Package delivery follow up (App) can be improved, since the status was unknown for a week or a bit more and suddenly it was just ready to be collected.

I placed two orders totaling over…

I placed two orders totaling over 12,000 NOK with ComputerSalg, and after almost one and a half weeks both orders are still stuck in the status “Ordered from remote warehouse” with no visible progress.

One of the orders is supposedly scheduled for delivery on December 22, which honestly looks very doubtful at this point, since the items have not even been shipped yet.

I contacted customer support with follow-up questions, but despite their claim of 24/7 support, I have not received any response for three days. The few replies I did get earlier were just generic information that I could already see in the order overview, with no real clarification or help.

These items were ordered as gifts, and due to the delays and the lack of communication, I will most likely not receive them in time.

Overall, I cannot recommend this store. Ordering from ComputerSalg feels like a lottery. Their processes are strange, and it seems like they have poor communication with their remote warehouses. As a customer, you are left waiting without clear answers or any certainty about whether your order will actually be fulfilled.

The dispatch was not the fastest

The dispatch was not the fastest, but everything arrived in order, which was my initial concern.
In any case, they provided regular updates indicating any changes, so they ended up being extremely reliable.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived, customer service still did not respond. Here is the exact history of the order:

- 30th November, order placed with ComputerSalg.se
- 4th of December they claim to have shipped the order
- DHL says they never received the item, it was only registered with them
-12 of December they ask for review claiming I should have my order I contact them saying I do not have the item
- 14th of december DHL still claims to not have received the order
- ComputerSalg does not respond to queries about the item for 4 days

Long story short- same item arrived in 24 hours from Amazon 30% cheaper, yours is gone over 2 weeks. You will bankrupt and will have no one else to blame than your own non-competitiveness

Finally delivered

Ordered 2025-12-02.
Arrived at local Terminal 2025-12-07.
Then DHL decided to do something else for a week. Busy times, no doubt. When requested to review the item, I pointed this out, after which the correct item arrived intact. No further complaints.

appalling customer service

appalling customer service. the only thing this company ever provide me is the same products as others, but they appear slightly higher on pricerunner beating others by only 1kr or 2kr. Yet what they never fail to do, is underdeliver. This time they waited 8 days to process the order and another 3 to get it out the door, according to GLS parcel tracking. this has been my experience now three times in a row. every time I email them, they brush it off and blame GLS. my advice to you - always choose one of the other online retailers who have the same item. pay the extra 1 kroner for a little piece of mind that you won't have a headache to deal with - which has been guarentted by my ComputerSalg experiences.
