We can confirm that your order was processed and one tube of Indola 1000.1 was dispatched to you. Unfortunately, the remaining two tubes were out of stock, and as we were unable to confirm when they would become available again, a full refund was issued for those items on 28/05/2026.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CSS Salon Supplies.
After placing an order, I was notified that it had been delivered. However, when I checked, the parcel was not there. The FedEx tracking showed that the item was left outside, marked as “signed for” without any visible signature, and provided no GPS confirmation, which is contradictory and does not constitute secure delivery.
When I contacted CSS to report non-receipt, I fully cooperated with their requests and provided a utility bill solely to verify my address. Despite this, I was informed that the document was “not legitimate,” without any explanation, and my case was escalated as potential fraud. I found this accusation distressing and wholly disproportionate.
CSS refused to clarify what was supposedly wrong with the document, declined to resolve the missing delivery, and repeatedly stated the matter was “closed,” while implying police involvement but providing no Crime Reference Number. Responsibility was repeatedly deflected to the courier, despite the retailer being responsible for ensuring secure delivery.
The handling of this issue was unprofessional, intimidating, and lacked transparency. I would strongly caution other customers, particularly regarding delivery disputes and customer service practices.

After a full investigation, we can confirm that the parcel was delivered successfully. The courier provided photographic delivery evidence confirming that the parcel was left at the delivery address. Based on this confirmation, we advised that a refund could not be issued.
Following this, a refund claim was raised with the payment provider under a different name. This claim was reviewed independently and was ultimately rejected, as it was determined that the delivery had been completed correctly.
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, and we would like to reassure customers that we take every case seriously. We have been in business for many years and place great importance on our reputation. Whether an order is £1 or several hundred or several thousand pounds, every customer is equally important to us, and we always aim to act fairly and transparently based on the evidence available.

Regarding refunds, these are assessed in line with our policy and the delivery confirmation provided by the courier. As the order shows as delivered, a refund was not applicable in this case.
