After sending my laptop out for repair to John Lewis they sent it to CTDI to get fix and due to apparent water damage I had to pay £750 to fix it. It came back with more faults that it should have only to have to send it back to another month only to come back and those faults still not fixed as its claimed they where not showing on diagnostic screens so not faults visible which is rubbish!
A ridiculous, time-wasting experience
Mainly had one problem with my USB-C, they imposed me a 453€ quotation changing almost all parts of the phone and no possibility to fix what I needed, it's either you accept their quotation or no repair at all.

After reading a lot of negative comments on this company I have to admit I am pretty satisfied with service, a month ago I acidentally broke my screen on my OnePlus 7 pro, after searching for repair centre in my country the repair itself will cost over 350€, so I decided to contact original OnePlus service, send it to Poland and after 2 days it was repaired, the only thing that I noticed the price is little bit higher than on webpage, so instead of 147.50€ I paid 207€ inc. tax and labour... My phone came back like brand new so I couldn't not be more satisfied

CTDI. Was cautious sending my OnePlus 7T pro to them after OnePlus named them as their repair centre for Europe and reading reviews on this site. However, after smashing my screen on a Sunday I had no choice but to send it to them and hope for the best. Nowhere else repairs my phone model and I couldn't source a screen to even begin to think about a home repair.
Raised the repair on Sunday
Accepted by CTDI on the Monday with UPS labels sent.
Collected by UPS on Tuesday and was in Poland Wednesday. On Wednesday CTDI emailed to say the repair would cost 205 Euro. So I paid it straight away.
Thursday the phone was repaired and dispatched
Friday it's back in my hands and looks new again!
Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the quote from OnePlus was approx 150 Euro but for some reason it came out at 205 Euro.
Would use again. Not cheap but great service and a credit to UPS for superfast deliveries during the COVID pandic

On my 3rd oneplus phone now and was such a fan before however the quality and service has really dropped. Firstly my CC details where ripped from there secure payment site. Something i found out only 2 months after and a £1000 credit card bill, when they thought to inform its customers. And then with the most recent phone i am being charge for a repair that should be covered under warranty. Namely dust ingress in the rear camera, scammed by there repair provider (CTDI). Poor build quality!
They are dishonest thieves
They are dishonest thieves. They make estimations of non-existing repairs declaring damages that do not exist.
Do not provide sufficient or clear information on the damage analysis and respond with rudeness to clarification requests.

OnePlus to choose them as suppliers for Europe has made a huge mistake
VERY EXPENSIVE AND POOR SERVICE
I sent my Google Pixel (one month ago) to get it repaired.
One month later and after having paid more than 300 Euros to repair a screen, I havent got my phone back. They say they are waiting for a piece of the phone, but it's incredible that the only support they can offer for a 1000 Euro phone is this.
I don't recommend anyone to buy a Google Pixel or to send the phone to get it repaired to this company.
No communication ever...!
The company’s repair service in Germany through Amazon, provides the most appalling service – they don’t reply or respond to ANY emails and the phone number they provide is NEVER answered. They were, quite honestly, a disgrace.
They took 3.5 weeks to perform a repair that they committed to providing in 10 days. Then they sent the laptop back but DIDN’T INCLUDE THE CABLE.

This company is keeping my phone in Poland with no chance of knowing when or if i will ever see it again.

This have been going on for more that 40 days now.
I have sent countless of complaning mails to oneplus - who claims that they are contacting this company "CTDI" to get a status of my phone.
NOTHING happens.
I dont even believe i will ever get my phone back.
and if I do, it will be so late that it is totaly outdated and useless.
Could you just have been hosnest from the start and told me: "sorry, this is gonna take half a year" Instead of telling me a lie every secon day, that my phone is almost done.
Very angry!
