Having not really travelled for the past few years, I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do. And my travel arrangements, I knew, were a bit complicated. So, I popped into C The World on Northview, Bristol. Teaghan looked after me from there on in. She made it so very easy for me, and in a very helpful and friendly way. It meant that I could relax. All the documentation for provided to me, with all the details covered. When I have to travel again, I will be straight up the road to see Teaghan again.

Amazing customer service, really impressed with the whole team, in particular Charlotte and Claire for their help before, during and after our short break to Malta. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I added my daughter to the booking, they found and researched a cost-effective way for her to join myself and my mum. I'd definitely recommend C The World.

Well Steve did it again; found exactly the package for us. Just back from a week in a quality adults only Hipotel in Majorca, with breathtaking views from our hotel room, easy walking to keep us entertained, all reached from Bristol airport without any silly o’clock flights - just what we asked for.

Teaghan (Westbury Park, Bristol) has been so helpful in assisting us with the organisation of 2 bucket list experiences this year - a Northern Lights trip to Norway and a more recent stay in Lake Garda. I have found it very reassuring to be able to check details with her and for her to navigate the airline checking in procedure for us. I would highly recommend.

Charlotte was great at helping us zero-in on the holiday we wanted. The little upgrades we received had a real impact, and it was hugely reassuring to have all the transfers arranged in advance. We had a fabulous holiday!

Caroline took all the hassle out of our planned trip to Egypt, we were 4 couples, 2 individuals all wanting different things and with endless questions. Caroline chose Discover Egypt as our tour provider and it worked like a charm. Having Caroline there to speak or email each of us in the party was perfect!

Caroline was superb with our honeymoon trip. We had a lot of different things that needed organising including internal flights and day trips. It all went so well.

Carolyn arranged our honeymoon to South Africa and it could not have been better.
We started in Cape Town and ended on Safari in the Eastern cape.
We visited a number of places on the way.
Carolyn booked us in to stunning hotels and planned the durations of each venue to perfection.
The service provided made the whole adventure effortless and we could travel with confidence.

Me and my boyfriend recently went travelling to 6 different countries from 04/01/2023 - 19/04/2023. Steve gave us lots of advice regarding the trip and booked all of our flights in advance. Steve was able to answer any questions that we had, gave us lots of advice such as which order to visit the countries in and lots of other useful information. He provided us with an itinerary with all the flight information which was easy to understand and kept us up to date with any changes made by the airlines. Steve was very quick at responding to emails which put us at ease as we knew we could count on him if we had any problems whilst we were away. We had the BEST trip ever, one we will never forget and we can’t thank Steve enough for helping us. Will definitely be recommending Steve and C the World to friends and family!

Amazing people. Came to our rescue when everything had gone pear-shaped with our holiday. Bent over backwards to help us including sorting things after hours. And we'd never used them before. I am writing this on my aircraft, waiting to take off, with the full knowledge that I would not be on here today without Carolyn's dedication to her clients which goes well beyond anything I have previously experienced.
When you book a holiday online for holidays, you may save a pound or two, but when something goes wrong you have no one fighting your corner.
We experienced this last year when our cruise was cancelled due to Covid and companies went bust, but even more so this year when I realised 2 days before I was due to fly that my passport was out of date.
Carolyn rallied round immediately and checked into all the options for me. She constantly readjusted those options as the goalposts moved again and again in the effort to get me on holiday with my family. She must have literally spent HOURS on my behalf and even supported me withy anxiety on flying alone and in small aircraft, giving me time to consider my options and not putting pressure on me by reserving options for me to help me process the situation
With no emergency appointments available for passports it was really tricky, but with her support we sent the family on holiday 2 days ago and I am on a flight out now slightly under 2 days later.
It is not worth the risk of booking online, I recommend this independent travel agent with all my heart. Enjoy your holidays!
