Excellent introduction to dealing with difficult situations.
This course gave me the foundation for understanding why people may be difficult in certain situations and some tools with how to deal with the issue constructively. It has sparked my interest in how the mind and behavior work together based on lived or perceived experiences.

Well done presentation by an engaging and knowledgeable speaker with very valid points made throughout. Subject based (in part) on the COVID driven isolation and its effects. Although isolation has negative effects on anxiety and often robs people of the means to get out of anxiety, the presentation could still use an update.

I think the manual is quite good
I think the manual is quite good. The pre recorded ‘workshop’ isn’t that great at all. It’s someohe else’s workshop that you just watch. Some of the questions were repeated or unclear in the test.
