Website put together well with great resources. It is convenient that there is an appropriate timeline by which to complete the credit hours of study. Comprehensive library of topics for professional development.

The workshops are really good. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because I have had to contact CTRI a couple times because one of the core workshops I needed for my certificate program wasn't showing on my account. Also, one of the videos that I was supposed to watch during one of the workshops was unavailable on You Tube.

That being said, CTRI did respond to my emails within 1-2 days with support.

My experience was comforting and appreciative.

The training is good，

Danielle Forth presented the training material with a skillful blend of charisma, levity and wisdom. Overall I left much more knowledgeable than I arrived, and found some areas for personal reflection and growth, as well as opportunities for unlearning potentially unhelpful behaviours.

I am finishing up the 3 day restorative justice training and it has been highly engaging and meaningful. The content is thorough and the alignment with racial and cultural equity principles is important. Thank you for the option to take this course and earn a certificate.

Ctri has provided our organization excellent training that is easy to access and relatable content to the jobs our staff our doing helping others. Instructors are well educated and versed in their areas of expertise. It allows for a better understanding of content and best practices.

The on demand workshops work well with staff that are on shift work. It is not easy to bring people together when programming is up and going and you are on a 24 hour schedule. The on demand workshops allow for full participation.

As well the the self help workshops are especially good for staff to remind them of taking care of themselves as they take care of others.

The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. It's a quick and efficient way to review what's being offered and to get registered. My previous experience with CTRI gives me confidence that what is advertised is what will be delivered. The facilitators/instructors have the right mix of theory base and practical experience to provide practical tools which are immediately transferable to practice.

The instructor was very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the interaction with other people who attended this zoom. I also appreciate the ability to print out the lessons, so that i can use them for future reference.

The 1 hour webinar is informative. You learn so much in that that hour. The presenters provide a good amount of information and there is other resources that is provided for further learning at the end.
