Delivery and pick up where great the only hick-up was with the latch on the door which was difficult to close.

No problem setting up the pod but being charged over $500 to deliver the pod and ANOTHER $500 to return it is a bit steep. Not impressed that i wasn't told.

Very competitive pricing. Some difficulty getting consistency in response to issues.

Took forever to get a response from them once they had my full container. A couple of really good staff managed to let me feel confident in their service which ultimately was very good. Whats good is they let you know by text that the container is enroute after this there is no communication. Very poor. Pity there is no text saying container has departed for destination. Container is in the region where it is to be delivered and container delivered. A lot could be done when it is often you're worldly possessions they are transporting to make you feel more confident that the stuff is found well. Overall a good experience but left in the dark too much

No Issue so far, would be nice to have more information on insurance taken, what does it cover or not cover

My experience with CubeIt was unpleasant and I will not be doing business again. I had a reservation that was booked, the location for my container was determined and confirmed. The day before the container drop off, CubeIt billed my credit card and then confirmed a different circumstances than we had originally agreed. (Front yard vs a driveway drop off) After the agent who called me to spoke to a manager, my reservation was cancelled completely and my credit card was credited the billed amount. The manager I spoke to stated that it was a cubeit employee who was at fault and the situation would have been dealt with internally. The manager was unwilling to even try and atone for the original mistake and try and accommodate my request or negotiate a compromise. He wanted to cut bait with me and my business which left me without storage needs a day before I needed them. As a result I was left scrambling to make alternate storage arrangements and had to use vacation time to pack and move my things elsewhere.

I have told all of my friends and family not to use CubeIt services. I have passed my experience onto Costco Canada customer service (where I learned about CubeIt in the first place).

Good and convenient. Quick delivery, usually, though getting our container back this time took 3 weeks.

Cubeit Portable Storage made our move much more manageable than it would have been otherwise.

Worst customer service. Very hard to get reimbursed for a lock that was never delivered with the cube (it took two months and three phone calls). Have to schedule the pick up more than 4 weeks in advance otherwise, will charge you a full other payment. Never able to get a hold of a customer service rep, always have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

I really liked the convenience of having our stuff packed, shipped and stored all in one container. We had some logistical issues with pick up and delivery which caused us some headaches. The company only does deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays and if they miss an appointment (which happened with us on our move-out day) it can be really difficult to quickly reschedule a truck.

Our things made a long journey and they stayed put the entire way. Everyone involved with cubeit was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was great, although I did find the billing system a bit confusing. A couple people asked about the pod and thought it was a great idea. We highly recommended it.

Service and customer service is excellent.. price is high...

The communication with the office was not very good. After a very large issue with it being dropped and supposedly stored close off site I ended up having to have it moved to my house from my deceased inlaws for the entire time. The reason I went with them was because I could store it close to home if they couldn't place in the back of the property. It made everything very stressful when trying to deal with an estate and getting the house ready to sell. When I called for pick up it was another week + before they could pick it up which meant I had to pay for an additional week. I was billed originally for a full month but they have said they will credit my account. I will see how long that takes. The container itself was great though.

Dishonest advertising and billing practices. Triple billed me, required two phone calls to get the charges reversed. Signed up with a promotion to receive a costco cash card and they never sent it. Said they mailed it but it was never received and on the day they said they sent it, they emailed me saying it would be mailed within the next 4-6 weeks...suspicious.

I would avoid these guys in the future.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Efficient with service. Very satisfied.

I have had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is amazing and they are efficient and reliable. If they give you a time that they will be either dropping off or picking up it’s done on time. I would recommend this company anytime.

Delivery was on schedule. The driver was very polite, helpful and respectful.
Customer service was offered in French and English and very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service and return of calls in a timely matter.

Keep records of the requirements and permanent updates of the Cube Arrival / Removal.

Not too happy about the new price of our cube it!
