Our experience started out a bit stress - fully with a leaky unit that we had started to load only to have to unload and move items after a night of rain! It was quickly repaired and because we had put things into bins and not boxes there was very little harm done - just stressful and inconvenient!
The leaks were repaired and the rest of the experience was very positive!! Our bin was picked up on time and redelivered to our new location on time with all of our items safely stored inside. We would use Cube It again!!

The staff has been very pleasant and helpful.

The service on the cubit was good on pickup but delivery was another story , the driver told us they didn’t have the supplies we ordered and we would be credited , now almost 3 months later and after several phone calls not returned , we still have not received our credit from the initial delivery , we were supposed to receive a credit because we did not receive the lock , or 2 bundles of boxes or our 2 King Mattress covers. We still have not been credited for any of it. It’s not acceptable.

Louise and myself would like to no how much to buy a container. Would need to be the same we have in storage. I believe it's 16'. Please let us no if this is possible. Since we are limited income would u give us a break on price.

Cubeit's drop off was an A+! Luckily we had a front driveway and several days to load our items. We had the cubes in storage for a couple of weeks. (Warning - do not store food. In the cold Calgary weather, we had to throw out a ton of cans that were compromised.) . When we moved into our new home 10 days later, we appreciated the timely drop off. However, our movers were delayed so the cubes were not emptied fast enough on a Friday afternoon. Due to the weekend, two cubes sat on our street for several extra days. This challenge was created by our movers but was slowly resolved by Cubeit. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cubeit with a word of caution about effectively coordinating movers/delivery/pick-up and storing food items.

Good service supplying quality bins but largest of sizes offered are small. Would need multiple bins to store a homes contents . I would use again only if need for small storage reasons

Such an amazing company to work with! They made things so easy and stress free! Everyone in the customer service department and all the truck drivers were phenomenal to deal with!

Great customer service from start to finish, including all the customer support personnel that I've talked to on the phone and the drivers who dropped off and picked up the bin. Absolutely the best way to move houses.

I have been a customer of Cubeit twice now and have had a great experience. The staff has been efficient, cooperative and clear in their service. I would recommend using a Cubeit in your moving needs. They accommodate your needs efficiently and the cost is very reasonable. And my furniture was never damaged on both instances.

Driver was excellent and polite and very helpful. Cost is very expensive and was quoted cheaper over the phone and customer service was no help in that department.

Everything went as described. Customer Service was polite and helpful. Communication throughout the process was very well done, so I knew exactly what was going to happen and when it delivery/pick-up was complete. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Their process is very customer friendly and organized but if you have an issue (couldn’t find the lock I paid for) it falls on the rails. Called and spoke to a lady who had to speak to someone else and she never called me back. Good thing we found it.
