Major Renovation
We had a major renovation done - Cubeit was so professional - showed up on time and picked up on time. They were extremely helpful when it came to extend our rental period. It was awesome to have our personal belongings in our driveway to get to without having to drive somewhere. Not only that it was great we didn't have to squeeze all that furniture somewhere in an already chaotic house! This is an amazing concept and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Cubeit !!!

Two key dates for pick up were missed…
Two key dates for pick up were missed and we were billed as a monthly customer even though we were only scheduled to have the cube for 30 days. The only saving grace was last woman I talked to who got my very frustrated rant at the very end of our communications when I was asking about our refund sounded genuinely sympathetic and actually got us our overdue refund otherwise, the whole experience sucked donkeys.

The Cubeit customer service was a moment of MISERY
The Cubeit customer service was the worst experience possible. I have am appalled by the dismissive attitude of their frontline agent after we signed up for the service. Once you have signed a contract and Cubeit has your credit card they can push the customer around. Their unwillingness to listen to the customer concerns, refusal to give a supervisor when requested was a moment of MISERY. The agent said she is the boss and I I am stuck with her and she was unwilling to help or transfer to someone who could help. If you are reaching Cubeit using Costco beware that Costco does not support you with any concerns with Cubeit billing or other concerns. I suggest to understand their contract terms prior to handing over your credit card info.

Decent price used it for 5 months but…
Decent price used it for 5 months but access to storage unit was a pain in butt so far away from where I live and have to give like weeks notice if want to see your storage unit. Should make it easier. Also people at front desk were useless I gave them every single information about my storage unit and they told me had nothing. As soon as I mentioned the word cube-it they like ohhhhhhhhh we have it. God damn useless ppl. Other than that it was ok. Customer service top notch tho.
