Wrong Product Advice and No Refund After One Month…

I contacted them to ask which crankset would be suitable for my Cube e-bike. Based on their recommendation, I ordered one, but it didn’t fit. I emailed them again about the issue but received no response.

After doing my own research, I found the correct crankset on their website and ordered it successfully. However, it has now been over a month since I returned the incorrect item, and they still haven’t initiated a refund or replied to my emails.

Just don't

Emailed the team to ask for a size guide, as despite their product descriptions all referencing "check our size guides" and no links working, apparently "we don't have anything like that".

Ordered the shoes after some digging online and having to translate german web pages, only for the sheos to be way above normal sizing.

The shoes arrived like they had been kicked here, boxed shredded and soaking, and then had to sort my own return delivery after waiting an age for the customer service staff to respond.

I wish I read this before

I wish I read this before. I've bought shoes for my son, I must admit the delivery was top, but I pick wrong type, now we wanted to exchange pay little price & get the right choice. It's really complicated you've to ask for return and I haven't heard any response almost 4 days. I guess if one is Amazon customer, in which it's top of the tops, one would be fersturated. Hopefully I would hear from them sooner, & I ll update my comment. Meanwhile I'll give 3star

Bafflingly bad customer service

Bafflingly bad customer service. My order was placed over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a word. I tried to call their shop in Gloucester and left messages which were never returned. I sent an email to which I had no answer.

CUBE STORES UK Very bad experience.

I was told my bike would hear from someone within 5 days of my purchase, i had no idea it was being shipped from Holland when i purchased and that it would end up with a handler in Nottingham, they gave me tracking with TNT which ended in Nottingham and then i tried several times to contact them for updates with ZERO REPLYS, I then contact CUBE dealers in the uk and eventually got a call from someone in Nottingham who had my bike and I was told that they had no idea who it was for or where it was being sent to next because they hadnt passed on any info of the order or me. Bearing in mind i'd paid out a lot of money for this bike and trusted that it was CUBE themselves as they are a world wide brand, I have never been so frustrated or annoyed in my life! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE and I hope I get my refund without any hassle they have lost my trust completely I feel sorry for the poor guy on the phone who is left to deal with the flack caused by this company and I will never do this again for the stress it causes.

Cube Stores - terrible customer service

I ordered a bike from Cube Stores on 24 May. Their website says that the bike will be delivered in about 7-10 days. It still hasn't arrived, as of 13 June. I asked their 'customer service' team when I might expect to receive the bike. I understand if there are delays in summer, but I would like an approximate date so I can organise my life e.g. holidays. They told me that BSUK who has the bike (whoever that is) will be in touch. I asked them for contact details for BSUK but have received no response, despite me chasing them twice.

Prior to this exchange I asked several questions, which either weren't answered or received the response 'we don't know.'

I am still hoping that I receive a quality bike, as I presume Cube Stores is just a distributor.

All I can honestly say about their customer service is that it is non-existent. I would recommend buying your Cube bike from someone else.

I really wouldn't purchase from these

Sent them a message to see if they could get me a part for my 10 month old Cube bike.
They don't stock the part (charging port cover)
Which is fair enough they can't stock everything.
But they can't order me one from Cube!
Can't order me a Cube part from Cube by a Cube branded shop!
