We had a marvelous planning arranged by Ilaria from Lube Store in Florence Lungarno.
The delivery was as acknowledged by herself absolutely unprofessional.( cf Reports) Many things damaged as well as the ceiling of the kitchen. Installation not conform with the design missing parts etc. Even after a second intervention the kitchen is still not finished. Missing parts, electrical issues of the lighting not resolved . On the top of this no reaction, no planning when a next intervention will be organized. No care taking of the customer, no response to mails and phone calls. Expats should avoid this branch which has actually its headquarters in Viareggio and not in Florence. They have even no monitoring of their bookkeeping.
Ilaria is not getting the benefits of her professionalism in this company.

Waiting, Waiting as for the last months.

We firstly had some problems with the way Lube treats its customers which is different from the way we were used to in The Netherlands where the staff of a kitchen shop has a more advisory role. We had the impression that Lube is more interessed in selling a kitchen at the highest price. However at the end we were very satisfied with the result and with the kitchen.

My LUBE kitchen is fantastic. The company provided me with quality, fantastic colors, impeccable installation and attention. I received a furniture maintenance kit and the promise of a gift, as a sign of respect as a customer. The representatives I worked with in Craiova Romania helped me make decisions and installed the furniture perfectly. Cucine LUBE are amazing.

The kitchen I just had fitted has multiple problems, a defect on a door, a sink that is bent underneath so the tap is not straight, a very ugly cheap looking plastic joint around the edge that was not on the initial plan and which spoils the entire look… plus the fridge arrived bumped in several places… still waiting for a replacement (the previous one has been taken away). Overall, buying a Lube kitchen from cascella cucine was a mistake that I will regret for years.

Horrible experience! Ordered the kitchen in October, told it would take two months to arrive. Instead it took 3 months to arrive. We are still waiting for our ovens to arrive which is now more then 5 months. Parts where missing and incorrect. Stove top did not work, garburator was the incorrect size. It’s now been 1.5 months Still waiting for missing parts and damaged parts. Our sales person does not answer our calls and does not provide any solutions. Basically expect your new kitchen from Lube to take at least 8 months for them to get it right! They are not good with details once kitchen is installed. Even when they damage or provide incorrect parts you still wait in the queue like the customers for a new Kitchen. For the size of this company you would think they could make a couple cabinets in less then 2 months! We Will never deal with them again and we will tell all our friends.

We are now a month further...
The kitchen worktop was delivered for the second time on December 21 ...
Unfortunately again not the right size and a lot of unevenness on the worktop.. We have not approved this ..
Since we have already paid for everything, I have not returned the old, I must have something to keep busy ..
Unfortunately, Lube Alba doesn't put any energy into us, but has sent a lawyer to us for theft of the magazine ...
Lube put your time in our problem and your customer friendliness ....
I would like to invite the big boss of Lube for a weekend in our B&B, completely free so that you can watch, but definitely talk to me about improving you .. (I have a lot of experience in that) ..
On our facebook page Lube cusine bad service are with the pictures,s of our problems with Lube Alba..
Lube give us what we paid for .. Instead of sending a lawyer to us ... Is not customer friendly ..
