I am usually wary of buying on line but when I saw an Instagram post from Culbia featuring their Ozzy bag I couldn't resist so much so I have purchased four bags within 10 days !. Not only is the workmanship beautiful and is exactly as in their ad but my first two bags arrived within a week which I wasn't expecting. Customers service is excellent I will definitely buy from them again

Ordered Ozzy purse, received a message providing a tracking number and expected delivery. Never heard back. Sent a message wherein I was told due to production there’d be a delay but offered $30 gift card. Requested them to cancel my order, never heard back from them. They did receive my payment but not a word from customer service on cancellation or if the purse has been sent.
Update: company did reimburse me the total amount.

I absolutely love my Ozzy purse. The way it was packed kind of put a small scuff mark on the outside but once I rubbed it off good, it was barely there. The material is soft inside and out. It’s very stylish and I got lots of compliments. I love it because it’s different. The shipping was pretty quick for it to have come from out of the country, which I did not know ahead of ordering. But I’m very pleased and will be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a cute bag for a special occasion from Culbia. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in customs and tariffs in the US, the bag was caught up in customs. I contacted Culbia about this delay and customer support went above and beyond to get me the bag ASAP (even though I told them I thought I’d be returning the bag as it would not arrive in time). Upon my receipt of the bag, I contacted customer support and requested a return since my event already took place- they immediately responded and approved the return shortly thereafter. As I thought about it, it’s so rare to deal with a company whose customer service (specifically Maria Clara) was so helpful and accommodating to all of my questions/requests and I appreciate the efforts of Culbia’s team so much that I decided to keep the bag (it’s really cute and I’m sure I’ll have another occasion to wear it to). This is the type of company I want to do business with and support with my business- I will continue to be a customer in the future!

I ordered this bag on a whim as a birthday pressie to myself and I was concerned that I could potentially miss the delivery as I was going to be away.
