Samantha was absolutely fantastic helping us today pick my dream ring! The selection at Cullen is unmatched and Samantha really took the time to understand what we were looking for and was super attentive throughout the whole appointment. She let me try on as many styles as I wanted to and was so knowledgable about the 4 C’s!

We visited the Melbourne showroom in Kew and had such a lovely experience with Bella! She was very informative and lovely and we found some designs we loved. Couldn’t recommend their service and staff more at Cullen.

Had my appointment with Annaliese and she was an absolute star. Very friendly service, gave me enough time to go through the selections without feeling like a burden, and even gave me a great suggestion on the wedding band inscription. Would definitely recommend to others.
