Fiorella and Franca coordinated our first European trip to Paris, Florence and day trips to Venice and Cinque Terre. Included were Private transfers round trip from airports to hotels and the Florence train station. They coordinated for us both a Private tour guide with and without a driver and two small group tours. They listened to our needs and tailored the itinerary to best match it by implementing their expertise. They were detailed in each step of the process and impeccable follow-up from start to finish, including the day of departure and after our return home.

The result was a FABULOUS trip that was seamless and stress-free. They paired us with top-notch guides who were a good match for us in personalities as well, which made the trip extra special. Each guide and driver were reliable, professional, cared about us, and passionate about their city and work.

The experience with Cultural Italy to entrust them with developing a personalized trip for us was one of the best decision we made. Fiorella, Franca, and Cultural Italy are exceptional!

Pia was a great coordinator for our trip. We knew we were going to Italy (my daughter's wedding), however, after that we were all over the place as a couple for the next 10 days. We were everywhere from the UK to Prague. Pia spoke with me, and then separately with my wife. She then made a suggested itinerary. We would never have considered Tropea, Matera, or Alberobello. After returning home, we both agree there was no other places we would have rather gone. Best trip we ever took. We had amazing guides, stayed in amazing B&Bs, and saw amazing things. So glad we went this route.

Our trips to Italy and Sicily have been more then anyone could have imagined. Manuela and Cultural Italy went above and beyond our expectations. My travel group have used them twice and many friends were also recommended by us to have them arrange their trips and came home with nothing but raves. Looking forward to our next trip planned by Manuela B and Cultural Italy.

Ashleih put together a fantastic trip for us.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience with every detail laid out perfectly.  The small group excursions and walking tours were a great way to have a personal feel while meeting new people and making new friends  We especially enjoyed the Bites of Rome food tour in Trastevere, had a blast at the inTavola cooking class in Florence, had more fun on the Tuscany day trip to San Gimignano and Siena and loved our day hiking in Cinque Terre. 

Working with Ashleih was a pleasure and we've spread the word to friends who are planning trips to Italy.  And thanks again for letting the hotels know this was our anniversary trip.  Being greeted with wine and Prosecco was extra special.

Cultural Italy did a fantastic job of planning and executing our trip to Italy. They listened to what we wanted and organized a trip that checked every box. The trip went flawlessly and everything they arranged exceeded our expectations. They were extremely responsive leading up to the trip and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else when we go back.

Liliana and Rita at Cultural Italy made our trip to Italy perfect! From setting up transportation, tours and places to stay - the whole itinerary was flawless. The attention to detail was impeccable and they made sure to allow for free time to explore, guides that were exceptional and every person we interacted with during our 8 days in Italy seemed hand picked for us. I have not been more impressed with a company in a very long time. From the first email almost a year before the trip to during our trip they were instantly reachable and helpful. I can't describe how amazing they made our whole Italian experience! We will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Italy!

Alessia Moro was amazing. She planned a great trip with excellent hotels, tours, and was there 24/7 during the trip Incase we had problems.
We missed our connecting flight to Venice on the very first day. Alessia took care of notifying the driver picking us up and the hotel of our very late (midnight) check in. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!
Then one day we missed a train, got new tickets, but still got on the wrong train! That’s bc we are from Texas and have never used public transportation haha. Cultural Italy was kind enough to refund the new train tickets even though it was our fault!!!
The tours were the best! We really enjoyed Walks of Italy and City Wonder tours the best.
We could not have been any happier and our expectations were blown away by Alessia and Cultural Italy!!!

We had a fantastic time in Italy... again! I am a high-school teacher and this is my second time working with Cultural Italy. Manuela put together a fantastic 16-day trip for my 19 demanding students. Although we were on a budget, she was able to find excellent hotels and agriturismi where we were treated like royalty! Our guides were amazing and they all spoke impeccable English. Manuela went out of her way to customize our trip so that it would be both educational and entertaining for my students, and they all had an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend Cultural Italy enough!

Fiorella and team organization an amazing trip to Italy for my family. We toured across Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Rome, Cinque Terre and Naples. Our itinerary consisted of stopping at major site seeing spots (e.g. Pompeii, Tower of Pisa etc) and visiting off-the-beaten path smaller quaint villages (e.g. San Gimignano, Monterosso etc). The team ensured our travel between destinations was seamless, tickets to events were prearrange so we could skip the long lines and that our visit was filled with memorable moments such as a pasta cooking class, wine tasting etc. Cultural Italy helped us create a once in a lifetime experience that created amazing memories for my family.

I worked with Luanna and she was amazing! She helped create a custom trip for my husband and I. Everything was taken care of, explained, from trains, lodging, private tours, small group tours, having rides to and from places as required. Luanna kept in contact with us to give us updates, and to answer questions, and help us make decisions. When we got to Italy, everything was seamless. It was an amazing trip thanks to Luanna.

We hired Cultural Italy for our trip at least seven years ago. Everything was taken care of - from our first-class seats on the trains, our simple yet perfect accommodations - to our tours. They made sure that everything was first class. It was a flawless trip, and everything was explained very clearly. When we went to Germany, we wanted to use Cultural Italy help with our trip; they were able to arrange a Germany expert for us, and we again had a flawless trip.

Had the best trip ever. I will definately say that our trip to Italy was perfect. Everything was on time...never felt rushed, and our tours were wonderful. I recommend them highly.

I had an excellent, memorable trip. I provided the agency with my travel requirements and they faithfully implemented them. At one place I asked them to make hotel arrangements. They chose a nice place where one had to also eat breakfast and dinner greatly limiting our meal choices. I did not like this at all. The lesson I had learned is that I need to do my research thoroughly and give it to them. Best not to rely on them if you have very particular expectations and needs. Overall, I was satisfied. They also need to improve their payment by credit card arrangements which was cumbersome.

We had a wonderful experience with Cultural Italy and would definitely use them again. They have insider knowledge since they are local and that made a huge difference. We had great hotels, tour guides, itineraries for each area and everything flowed smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Went on a 17 day trip to Sorrento,Rome, Florence, and Venice along with many tours and high speed train reservations The trip was seamless everything more than we expected. So pleased to not have any disappointments. My hat is off to them will do it again.

We have used Cultural Italy guides on two separate vacations. The guides we had were better than excellent - with the exception of a gentleman guide we had for our Milan tour.
He seemed as he though wanted to be ANYWHERE but where he was - with us!
I would highly recommend your company to others. The one on one tours are absolutely the way to go. Florence, Pompeii, Venice are three of the several tours we've taken that will be remembered always!
